The t-shirt i ordered was much higher quality than I anticipated and it totally matches my vibe. The customer service was fantastic when they discovered the package didn't initially make it to me when it got lost in shipping. I would buy from them again!

Honestly Brillaint.

First - the t shirts fit true to size but the quality is brillaint . really goog, high quality cotton!

Second - we had to exchange as my partner wanted a slightly looser fit and they were so quick, with great comminication!

Finally - brillaint designs!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my shirt. The fabric is outstanding. I'm certain it will be around for many washings. The blue color is a lovely shade of blue and the logo I chose is vibrant.

No shipping confirmation but the shirts do arrive eventually. I'm pretty sure designs are stolen and I kinda doubt they are actually Comfort Colors blanks but they're fine t shirts for the price.

Really fun T-shirt! I absolutely love the design and the quality of the shirt is very good. I had a problem with the sizing on the first order (too big) but the company responded by sending me a smaller size that fits perfectly! Shipping was great and I really appreciated the replacement shirt that was provided very easily. Get one! They are great conversation starters!

I discovered Shawncraft on Instagram and decided to take a look at their shop: the designs are funny, nice and cool, and so are the fabrics! I ordered two t-shirts (the Spooky Island ones) in two different sizes and, since one of the two was too big for me, I wrote to them in order to understand how to ship it back and receive another one in the correct size. They answered me to keep it, and that they would have shipped the correct one for free. Great customer service for sure. As for the fabrics of the t-shirts, they are not so thin and the prints are of good quality. The size chart on their website is realiable.
I would, and will, definitely buy from them again! Useful information: I bought from Italy and the package came in 12 days.

I was going to buy from this company, but did my research. They are stealing artist’s designs. They claimed this company as theirs, but haven’t sent any proof to trustpilot and the reviews are all organic, not verified. So I wonder how many of the good reviews are fake. They are in Hong Kong, but say they are a small run company and they imply they are American or English. Looking elsewhere.

Customer services was amazing! The shirts are longer than I expected, so just be knowledgeable of that. Good quality shirt. I’m a 5’7 female. Would be good with leggings to help cover the bum.

Stay away from them at all cost. I have ordered a shirt from them not knowing they are from China. Shawn craft - you would have thought it was a local family business but it was misleading. I can't receive my shirt due to the useless courier company that they used believed the address is undeliverable. I have contacted them but they told me to contact the courier company on my own and I have tried but you can't talk to anymore nor chatting with a real person, I couldn't change th address or get them to redeliver. And Shawn customer service told me they can compensate me $5 if I proactively tried to solve this on my own. Wow that's amazing. I am now trying to get a refund from PayPal.

Great quality Ts. Sizing is quite big but contacted customer service and they swiftly sent out an exchange. Quick response, no problems.

I ordered thirteen T-shirts and one sweater from them and they quickly came divided in two seperate packages. Omw thing that confused me is that the packages came with two different shipping businesses but it was still quick. The shirts are of great fabric quality.
Unfortunately two of the items were wrong, the sweater was a completely different one that was clearly poorly AI generated and one T-Shirt had seemingly the correct print but something about it looked odd to me.

So I visited their website again and the print was indeed different. The one I received looked like it was an AI replica of the one shown on their website. I contacted them and they replied that they would send me a new package with the correct items immediately, I didn't need to pay any shipping.

Had a minor issue with a t-shirt (others were absolutely amazing) and a replacement was offered immediately without a request being made.

Advise given to help prevent the issue reoccurring

I've ordered from this company 2 times. I've received my product and the quality of the items is definitely what you pay for. The only thing is, items are shipped from China so they take a bit to show up. To clarify, owhere on their website it says is fast shipping but if you order, beware it will take a few weeks to get your product

Great quality! Excellent customer service. Took about 2 weeks to receive from order date (in US). I was worried at first when I saw it was coming from China, but when they’ve been great. I had a small issue with one of the shirts and they handled it immediately and with better customer service than I have received from large clothing companies, stateside.

Great quality Tee Shirts, delivered with minumum fuss. Very happy.
