Customer service was excellent!

Customer service was excellent, I had a fit issue with the bras and reached out for help and they were so helpful. The bras are super soft and comfortable, this is my first wired bra after back to back kids and breast feeding with not so small breasts so finding something comfortable and ALSO cute was very important to me and they really helped me with that. Highly recommend

Shecurve is fraudulent. Don’t waste your money.

According to the company’s website, they allow returns for a full credit. I ordered several bra styles because I wasn’t sure which I would like. When I tried to return several of them, they attempted to bargain with me. I could keep the bras and they would give me 25% back. Then they would give me 50% back. The shipping back to their facility out of the country was very expensive they said so I should really just keep the bras and just agreed to the 50% back. I refused to do it and they stopped communicating with me. Eventually, I submitted a claim to my credit card company and got the entire amount back that way. This company is totally fraudulent.

I reveived my order and it was too small, I reached out and they replied very quickly. A few short questions and they are sending me a larger size. No hassles and very professional all in all I love the suit, can't wait to wear it to the beach!

Absolute SCAM

Absolute SCAM. I ordered two jumpers and was not originally provided with a shipping timeline. Once I inquired two weeks after ordering I received an email stating that my jumpers were being "specially made" and that they would ship within 10-15 business days of ordering
I then received another email 1.5 weeks after that stating they were out of stock. I requested a refund 6/1/2026 and was told that it would show up on my card within 5-7 business days. That was 10 business days ago, still no refund.
I will have to process a card dispute to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a swimsuit that was too small for me, when I reached out to them about exchanging for a bigger size there was no hesitation. They are sending me a bigger size without having to return the smaller size. Jocelyn was very kind and responsive! I love the bras also, so comfortable!

This company is a scam!

This company is a scam!
I ordered over $100 worth of merchandise. All of my sizes were XL and were in stock when I ordered. 13 days later, my order continued to show that it was not even processed yet. After sending emails to Customer Service to get an update, the response I finally got was that they were sorry but none of the items that I ordered were available in my size and I needed to re-order all of my items again. I have requested a refund completely and am on day 16 now waiting on the refund. I have done a deep dive on other others with this problem and I can’t even tell you how many people they have done this too. Many have never gotten refunds only credits to this horrible company and others have had to dispute the charges in order to get their money back from their credit card companies. Do not ever order from this company! They are all based out of China.

I placed my order May 15 2026 it is now June 10 and it still hasn’t shipped out. It literally just has been saying waiting….Sad to say I’d never patronize this business again all I ordered was a strapless bra it should not take this long.

First purchase was perfect

First purchase was perfect, though the bra ran a little big through the band. I love it and just hook it to the tightest row. It was a plus size minimizer which is amazing as I am older but wear a 34D. The plus size holds all that extra loose flesh in place and leaves a smooth line.

Great product & customer service

I purchased two bras, one fits like a dream and the other was too big. I reached out to the support team to exchange it and they were amazing! They responded and sent a replacement quickly. Do not purchase here.

They say “easy 30 day returns” but then make it incredibly difficult to start the return process. I have asked for the return shipping label 3 times and they keep offering me partial vouchers instead of a refund. It takes days to get a response from anyone.

Plus it took a very long time for the items to even arrive.
