Bra purchase…

The bras that I purchased were nicely made and supportive, however one of them was defective and customer service worked with me to resolve this issue. I will be purchasing from this company again, as this was one of the few companies that I ordered bras off of that actually fit right.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! At first there was an issue with the sizing of the bras I ordered, but the company handled the situation professionally and kindly. They agreed to replace both bras and were very responsive throughout the process. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind their products and truly cares about customer satisfaction. They are targeting women’s hard earned income, on purchases that we “have to wear” according to society, and our gynecologist!!!

I never received my item

I never received my item. I ordered months ago. I sent an email after approximately 6 months and received a response saying my items were out of stock and I could wait or pick something else. Uh, no please refund my money since you don’t have what I ordered please. I responded but have not heard back. Don’t do it. It’s a shame.

I ordered the AirEase Supportive…

I ordered the AirEase Supportive Wireless Deep-V Bra. It took too long to finally recive my order just to be disappointed. The materials were cheap and flimsy. It doesn't support or lift like it claims it does. The w shape wing band under the breast is just there. The straps are thick only in the front but thin out around your arms where you want them not to dig. Not ordering ever again.😒

Scam

Scam. The sizing was wrong. I asked about a return and refund. They said they would give me a $30 credit to buy something else or a $15 refund on my 50 dollar order...and I could keep the product. I will dispute with my bank. Don't order from them.

Steer clear of this company!!

company boasts free 2-4 day shipping. After 3 weeks of no communication after ordering,
i emailed company. they said “product is hand made and may take time” once week later I get an email to say my product is out of stock! How can a handmade item be “out stock”? company won’t address any concerns directly. After sending email expressing my disappointment, they cancelled my order! After 5 weeks of waiting for my order, getting multiple emails to say it’s been shipped then that it’s out of stock then it’s shipped again, then it’s just cancelled?! steer clear of this company
