I wish I could give this zero stars

I wish I could give this zero stars. I ordered my textbook at the beginning of the semester, and the link worked fine. Recently, when I tried to do my homework, I noticed the textbook disappeared from my downloads. When I went into my email to find the link and re-download it, the link didn’t work and brought me to a page that said “no files defined.” Considering my homework was due in 2 hours, I had to quickly purchase another ebook from a different website which was another $20 out of my pocket. I emailed Sheellas about a refund and explained my situation. Rather than giving me a refund, they gave me a working link. Clearly, I had already explained to them that I was forced to buy another textbook. Why on earth would I need TWO textbooks? When I emailed again and said that I simply wanted a refund, not another link, they blatantly ignored my email. Please save yourself the trouble and order from a different website. I’ve wasted a total of $50 just to get stuck with 2 textbooks and no refund.

This is a hit or miss place to buy…

This is a hit or miss place to buy ebooks from. They advertise that their books are available for immediate download but I purchased two books from them and one was not available for almost 4 days. While that may not seem like a long time I had two tests to take that required the unavailable book that I had to just buy same book from another source. Sheellas does not have a working telephone, their support emails bounce back and their customer support online form gets no replies. If you buy from them make sure you use a credit card so that you can cancel the transaction if they screw you... better yet buy somewhere else

Scam Website

I've sent an email to ask for an exchange because they sent me the wrong book even though I triple checked the ISBN thinking I made a mistake and bought the wrong one (I did not).

I was notified by my email domain the email was not received, and when I tried to call they said the number was out of service.

Did they send me pdf? Sure, but it wasn't the one I ordered. I found that same, exact pdf free too, so they took my money. What an expensive lesson I learned finding out this website is a complete sham.

Everytime I email this company and asked for a refund (because they took my money but did NOT send my the link for the ebook I purchased) they send me an email says that my email for the refund was not received! This customer service is the worst!

I would like to curse at those who work for Sheellas. I bought a textbook like two to three days ago. They never sent me a link I can download the pdf file. I emailed them and called them, it does not work at all.
My money already went out of my account. THIS IS ACTUALLY CYBER FRAUD
