Excellent service from the initial phone call, through to solving my problem.
My initial call was answered quickly. Pete arranged an engineer for the same afternoon.
Chad the engineer called me to offer an earlier appointment.
He solved the problem, and gave me great advice how to avoid it happening again. (Problem was a jammed multi point lock door).

Placed an order a couple of times through this company for the Ultion key covers. Much cheaper than the manufacturers website.Service was absolutely amazing, was here the next day.

I Would highly recommend this company. They came out had a look and was able to fix it within 30mins great service & very friendly. Left no mess very happy with the job done I will 100% be using them again.

Contacted SheffLock to beef up the security on a brand new garage door. Had 2 Bulldog garage door locks fitted within days. Absolute professional and courteous service from the quoting to the fitting. Fitter couldn't do enough to make sure the job was exactly what i wanted. Price was very reasonable and i trust if anything goes wrong (not expected though) they would be back out to sort. will use again, and recommend to others.

Ordered a replacement key for a ulton lock at 3.30pm arrived next day by recorded post and fraction of price from ultion direct.
Can’t ask for more.

I've ordered replacement Ultion keys from SheffLOCK a couple of times now. They offer the best prices I have found, online ordering is hassle-free and standard delivery is prompt. Highly recommended.

Had an anti snap handle and lock fitted to our back door, very pleased with the quality and workmanship. Will be using again very soon to swap another. Very friendly to deal with via messenger, even after a slight booking issue they still came the same agreed date which shows they go above and beyond to keep you safe 100% recommended.

Had a security camera, ring doorbell and new anti snap handles and locks on our patio doors. The work was completed by Lee who was really great at explaining and demonstrating how everything worked and setting up our new system. Would recommend 👍

If you phone in to change the locks, mentioning that you don't have keys, they won't bother to tell you there's a £60 additional charge (per door!), just the normal £72 per.
Edit: Also, when asking about an external door handle that's slightly loose, I got told that it's missing a rubber gasket and might just fall off one day. There was no offer to fix it or mention of how to resolve this. Great customer service... I know that I won't be calling shefflock ever again, even when my door handle finally falls off.

I am very happy with the knowledgeable advice and the outstanding service I received from Andy today. There was no hard sell and the work I requested was completed there and then with no fuss or mess. I am more than happy to recommend SheffLOCK to anyone who asks.

Excellent company. The customer service by Diane and Debbie in office brilliant. The installation by Glenn is superb. The french Doors are excellent quality with great profiles and secure locks. Will be using again and recommend to any body wanting new windows and doors.
