I did the Virtual Weight Loss training with Sheila and found it to be fantastic.
The course is easy to access and follow and is well presented. Sheila gives a lot of detail and has presented a simple to follow breakdown of the whole programme as well as the opportunity to experience a little of what it feels like. I feel confident at going ahead and offering this as part of our business following the training. The ongoing help and support, guidance on marketing and promotion and listing on her page of practitioners afterwards is excellent too.
I would defiantly recommend Sheila Granger and her training.

Ms. Sheila Granger is the consummate professional in every regard. I've had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Granger in a variety of venues over the past 8 years as well as train under her professional hypnotherapy and then during covid, I joined her business networks. She is a gracious, beautiful lady who is a dynamic powerhouse and spirited soul as a business woman. How she so seamlessly manages the epic amount of clients , trainees, networks she does , plus runs a private practice and is community orientated, is beyond my comprehension. She is always accessible, keeps her promises and is extremely generous with her time and her talents. If only we had more lights in the world like her, believe me, the world would be one giant happy place.

I first came across Sheila Granger when I took her Virtual Gastric Band training many years ago. I was very impressed. Jump forward to 2019. Covid struck and my clients dried up completely. I didn't want to just do nothing but felt very lost. Then, one day, scrolling through my social media I came across a post about a new training called Hypnosis Connect. I joined it and reconnected with Sheila. It was a complete revelation. I joined a whole warm, supportive, non-judgemental, community. And the best thing about it was Sheila. She is warm, dedicated, generous, inspirational, motivational, a gifted and effective hypnotherapist and the purveyor par excellence of big girls' and big boys' pants.
Hypnosis Connect has now evolved into the Hypnosis Growth Club and I am still here, still learning. I have taken every single one of her additional workshops. They were all SO good. The latest one, which prompted this review on the "virtual weightloss jab" was amazing and totally relevant for me. I am making it my latest project - watch this space.

I first met Sheila on her Virtual Gastric Band training programme in 2011 and have attended several of her trainings over the years. It was a no-brainer choice to join her Hypnosis Connect training when she started it during Covid. I learned so much that it was again an easy choice to move on to the Hypnosis Growth Club. Sheila is pretty amazing, she absolutely knows her stuff and is really down to earth. She has a whole wealth of knowledge and is always happy to share it and advise you. Every month provides great learnings, not only on how to run my therapy business better, but also in relation new therapy techniques & tips. The newly introduced implementation sessions are immensely practical, as we focus on completing critical tasks within the allocated 90min and have have a helping hand available if we get stuck - how good is that!
