I bought an item on their site given the great price, and then received an email soon after telling me there was a system issue and they had to refund me.

I ordered a keyboard and four sets of switches. The order was placed in 5/12 and I received them in 13/12 in Greece.

I ordered a keyboard from Italy.
I was a bit reluctant since you cant pay with paypal but everything went well. Shipment and tracking were perfect.
only flaw: the site is in polish and you need to translate with google translate.

Bought a keyboard and everything was good
I bought a keyboard from here and it arrived home in perfect condition, and quite fast. Packaging was good. I could navigate the website easily using Google Translator. The whole purchasing process was clear and felt safe. The shipping process was also very transparent, tracking links were provided and they reflected the updates accurately. I'm really happy with my purchase.
