(Update) After your response from my other 1 star review. Your platform is NOT transparent of stones.. RIP OFF not only that. Why are u using the words precious. A cz is not precious. A cz is a piece of plastic hypothetically speaking but not plastic. you do not write in (CZS Cubic zarconian) wich is gum ball machine stone ring for 1500 hypothetically. You dont pay for a 1500 dollar 10k rose gold ring with complementary stones that are czs. And they dont state the complamentery stones are czs. But u state the the other stones and make up using the same words for the czs making individual think there getting a high quality stone. Before i purchased i knew the stones because i looked every one up and its hardness. U never stated the complimentery was czs until it was to late. I purchased because of how yall stated everything making it look as if best other than a cz which is cubiczarconian. Do not buy from these scammers. They prey on people by what and the way they advertise. After your response. Ive caught yall in lies and have proof. I had a very disappointing experience…
*Update: I am unsure why this platform wont allow me to reply or add photos, but your reply makes it seem like it is a perfect match in natural lighting. That is not the case. I just happen to notice the difference under a florescent light. As is human, now that I have noticed it, it is glaringly obvious. I was never told that when the repair is completed that a different stone would be used. As your company is the one who made the ring in the first place, I am confused why you would imply you're unable to replace the stone with the correct one. It is not discontinued or old, it was well within the warranty time, and I still had to chase down answers every step of the way. I would also like to note, since you looked into the issue after I gave you the order number, that I had to ask multiple times and even convince the customer service representative I was dealing with to a) refund the cost of shipping, b) that the ring even still needed to be repaired, and c) had to clarify multiple times that it would be handled correctly the second time around. Your response makes it sound as though you put all the effort in to resolve the issue, when in fact you did not. If you really wish to discuss it further, you're more than welcome to contact me, but I will not chase down responses again. I need a company that is transparent and honest and responsive when they've made an error. Not trying to deny a mistake was made in the first place.*
I had a very disappointing experience with She Said Yes.
I sent my wedding ring in for repair and it was returned to me not fixed. After pushing back, the company agreed to redo the repair and refunded the cost of shipping.
However, a few days after receiving the ring back, I noticed under fluorescent lighting that a different-colored stone had been installed during the repair. The mismatch is obvious and was never disclosed to me. This was not the ring I sent in.
At that point, I no longer trusted the company with something as important and sentimental as my wedding ring, so I took it to a local jeweler to have it professionally fixed instead.
Between sending the ring back unfixed the first time, the back-and-forth required to get the issue addressed, and ultimately having the appearance of my ring altered without my consent, this was an exhausting and unacceptable experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering sending an important or sentimental piece here for repair.

3. When the original stone couldn't be returned to us, we provided a complimentary replacement
Regarding the color variation under fluorescent lighting, we want to explain that this is indeed an optical phenomenon. While the replacement stone is an exact match in natural light, subtle differences in composition between stone batches can sometimes cause minor variations under specific lighting conditions.
We completely respect your decision to have the work completed locally after these experiences. Your trust means everything to us, and we're using this as an opportunity to improve our communication and repair processes, especially for sentimental pieces like your wedding ring.
