I waited well over a month

Do not use!!!!

Sham of a company.

I strongly advise against ordering from this company. Over a month after placing my order, it has not even been shipped, despite repeated assurances from their customer service team. This company's lack of communication and apparent dishonesty is unacceptable.

Here is a timeline of my experience:

July 30: Placed my order (£75).

July 31: Received a "shipping confirmation" email with a tracking number.

August 8: After the tracking information failed to update, I contacted customer service. A representative named "Joshua" replied, assuring me the package was "on its way" and would arrive within 4-9 business days.

August 18: With no updates after 14 business days, I followed up again.

August 21: “Joshua” told me they would check with the courier.

August 22: When I expressed my frustration, I received what appeared to be a canned, AI-generated apology with no new information from “Joshua”.

I requested proof that my package had actually left the country of origin (China), as the tracking number indicated it had not been processed.

September 5: After weeks of silence, I finally received a response from a different representative, "Jacqueline."

This is what the email said:

“Thank you for reaching out, and I sincerely apologise for the delay. I checked with our shipping team, and it looks like your order is currently out of stock while we're awaiting new stock to arrive at our warehouse.
Would you be open to waiting for the restock, or would you prefer to change the colour of your order so we can ship it out sooner?”

This completely contradicted all previous communications from Joshua.
The company's behavior is deceptive. They provided a fake shipping confirmation and repeatedly lied about the status of my order, all while the item was not even in their possession. Then they had the cheek to only offer that I either wait for a restock or change the colour of my item, no mention of a refund!

Oh and I checked - the products that I ordered are still listed on their website as available. I could place the exact same order right now on their website and there are no ‘out of stock’ warnings or restrictions.

I have since informed them of my rights under the Consumer Rights Law and Trading Regulations and have demanded a full and immediate refund. I will be contacting my bank for an chargeback and Trading Standards if they don’t do this.

Based on my experience and the recent negative reviews on Trustpilot, it's clear this company has gone significantly downhill. Do not be misled by older, positive reviews as I was. This is a joke of a company.

Still no resolution

Still haven't had my issue of no delivery resolved. No update from customer services. Evri claiming to have delivered when they didn't. No replacement or refund offered. Ordered end of July as gift.

As per many other 1 star reviews, I have yet to recieve my shield wallet which was ordered on 17th August 2025. Following an email i had a reply noting standard shipping would be no more than 9 working days.

The tracking link was then sent to me, and hasn't updated once.

Another email later and the same person (Josh - more than likely AI) replied and stated they would look into this and reply with an update within 5 working days.

Today is the 5 working days, and I've had no reply or update.

I will now be raising this with my bank.

Absolutely poor customer service and I have no doubt this is a complete scam.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND BUY A RIDGE!!!

Quick problem resolving, excellent service

I had an issue with the small screws holding the Shield together and after contacting customer services, Joshua was very quick and efficient in helping me get the issue resolved.
Now I can get back to using my Shield as these are fantastic and space saving compared to the old fashioned type wallets. Thanks Joshua, much appreciated.

Blatant scam

Blatant scam.

First, the tracking link didn't update for over 2 weeks. Reached out, and they said they were extremely sorry - they had a warehouse issue. All good.

Another 2 weeks passed, reached out again. Now apparently my item went out of stock. They said they were truly embarrassed. Asked for a refund, but they disregarded my request.

Another month passed, they've simply stopped replying. This is what I get for not going with Ridge. Avoid this scam like the plague.

Disappointing

Ordered a wallet from this company. Reasonably pleased with it but it does take a bit of getting used to. Then decided to order a matching keyring in green. Firstly, the colour doesn’t match (keyring is a darker shade) and secondly, the keyring does not come with the stainless steel tool as claimed in the description (false advertising). When I wrote to Customer Services, I was told to just use my own!!! Despite there being a space in the box for the tool! Very poor. I won’t be ordering anything else from them.

Avoid at all costs

Total scam of a company. Wish I'd read the reviews on here first. Money taken straight away and given tracking number which never updates. Contacted tge company after stated delivery time had passed to be told item out of stock and would take another 2 weeks. Followed up again to be told warehouse issue, then told email issue then told they needed another 3-5 working days. This has now passed and no further replies to emails so I have raised a dispute with my bank.

Avoid these scammers at all costs. Either save up for a Ridge or get a Rossum. Item will actually arrive and is cheaper.

41 days and still no wallet.

Sent emails and I’ve had a couple of responses but to no avail, only please wait.

I’ve asked twice for a refund and just been blanked.

This is clearly a Chinese company but they don’t tell you that when ordering.

Don’t waste, your time or money.

Been 26 days and no sign of my order, not even an explanation as to why it’s taking so long. I’m writing this review because they had the cheek to ask for a rating on my purchase. Don’t bother buying from them, spend the extra money and get a ridge wallet because you will actually receive it.

Do not purchase from this company

Do not purchase from this company, they do not deliver. I ordered a MagSafe Wallet on 22nd July. Even after constant chasing, there is no sign of my order. I’ve asked to cancel, and still no response. Shocking customer service, if indeed it is a real company, treatment makes It feel like a scam site.
And when you leave a bad review, the respond with a standard reply, which asks you to email the same address I’m already getting no response / traction from. I suspect this is an AI bot trying to make it look like they are response. As I said, awful customer service, probably a scam. Avoid. Also, on their website contact us page / and when you get an order confirmation, the helpful contact email is a ‘noreply’ address.

Order hasn’t come after 20 days

Made my order and got my shipping confirmation on the 31st of August, I have not had a single update since then and the tracking has not updated once. It’s honestly such a bummer as I was getting it as a gift for my Dad and I don’t have the money to burn on something that never turns up.
