I contacted shield wallet about one i purchased over two year's ago.
I only needed some replacement screws that had worked loose.
They kindly replaced for a new one.
What a fantastic service 👏 👌

I purchased my military green shield wallet about 1 year ago and the two screws that's holding the money clip in place came out and it looked like the one's thread worn out. I logged my issue with Shield and have received excellent customer service. I provided the photos and without any hesitation Joshua took ownership of the issue and is now sending me a replacement wallet. Thank you to Joshua and the entire Shield team. This is putting my faith back into customer service and people standing behind their product. Well done.

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Still haven’t received it. I emailed to ask when it was coming, to which the advised it wasn’t in stock and that it would be back in stock within 2 weeks. I have asked twice now for my order to be refunded and they won’t.
Do not buy from this company! I’m now out of pocket without the item I bought.

Scam. Give them money but get nothing in return except vacuous emails. Been asking for a refund for weeks, for a product for months.
In return I have a collection of excuse emails. Not sure why they bother replying. Scammers with a conscience? Death throes of a dying business?

I ordered a wallet, received confirmation of the order and then a tracking number for delivery. Waited a number of days but the tracking number didn't work. Contacted Shield who confirmed that my order was with the courier and sent a screen shot to confirm this. Still nothing. Contacted again to be told that in fact the order hadn't been fulfilled at all as after I had ordered it, it had gone out of stock....so how could it possibly have ever been dispatched. I was told that new stock maybe a couple of weeks or did I want an alternative. I requested a different colour to which I was told that they would check. No reply. I requested a refund and received another reply "still waiting for stock"....clearly my email has not been read correctly at all. I have requested a refund again. Let's see what response I get! I won't be letting Shield keep my money. So very disappointed!

Edit 15/8…generic response received to this review. Shield (Joshua) has all of my order details. Today’s response from them “we are experiencing system issues with emails not syncing”. Seriously…this is shocking. Process my refund and stop giving excuses!

Update 26/8...I finally did receive a Shield wallet yesterday. It isn't the one I ordered (colour wise) and I'm really glad that I didn't pay full price for it.....first and last time I will use this shambles of a company.....no sign of the discount I was offered for the delay either

Ordered a MagSafe 3 weeks ago and tracking email doesn’t work, emailed info@shield-wallet and no reply. Think this is a Chinese scam.

Purchased 2 shield wallets for my groomsman on July 21st.

On July 30th I e-mailed to get an update on the delivery of my order. They responded:

“Thank you for your email! Our standard shipping time is 4 to 9 business days, excluding weekends. I’ve checked on your order, and I’m happy to let you know that it’s currently in transit and making its way to you.”

I waited until 7th August and asked where it was. They responded:

“ Thank you for waiting. Unfortunately, your order was unexpectedly held up in processing due to the item you've selected going out of stock at the very last minute.”

I requested a refund as my Wedding is on the 16th and need to find alternative presents.

It’s now the 12th August and I’m still waiting for a reply.

I’m pretty sure this is a scam….

13th August - They’ve responded to my TrustPilot review BUT NOT responded to my emails regarding delivery and refund.

Misleading ads and unprofessional outfit. I ordered a shield wallet as I’d seen an ad on FaceBook saying free shipping and returns. When it arrived I didn’t like it as it was too fiddly to use. When I requested a return I was given a sob story by a mythical Joshua character. I was then offered numerous discounts to keep the wallet. When I insisted on returning it I eventually was given a return address, but I had to ship it at my expense contrary to the info in the online advert.

Further to the comment from Shield below, I have already contacted them and they refused to cover my return costs even after I sent them a screenshot of their ad saying free shipping and returns.

Placed my order about a month ago. The tracking didn’t update. I mailed them 2 weeks ago to get an update, the response i had was that my wallet was out of stock and would take an extra 2 weeks. I only got this update because i reached out. Now 2 weeks later i got the exact same email. Terrible service.

Update:
They offered a refund within a couple of days. 2 weeks later and still didn’t recieve a refund

Good quality, came to Bulgaria for 10 days. Had no problems

Ordered a wallet on the 29th July, had an email saying order was being processed. Had no further emails to correspondence - email a few times and had no response. I have checked my junk/spam emails too.

I ordered a wallet and a keyholder but i wanted to get a refund, i sent the items back and they arrived 27th of may. It has now been over 2 months and i still havent received my money back. Shield-wallet also stopped replying to my emails asking for the refund.

first order went well, I order a second time, but don't receive it yet. More than 2 months and still waiting, don´t know what happened, or maybe lost in the way. Joshua help through the process, and send me a replacement

I reached out to Shield Wallet's support team because I lost three screws for my wallet. Joshua helped me and was incredibly quick to respond. To my surprise, instead of just sending the screws, they're sending me a brand new wallet! Amazing customer service."

Ordered wallet and key holder, took them over a week to arrive and they’re just not fit for purpose.

Key holder doesn’t hold more than 3 small keys and is a terrible design.

Wallet isn’t much better. Cards fall out when gently shaken and just come out together when you push it so it’s not convenient at all

At first, I thought this company might be a scam because I didn’t receive any information about the shipping or delivery process. I sent them an email with my order details, and they replied with a link that allowed me to track my parcel.

Today, I’m happy to say that I received my order, and it was better than expected. The keyholder was a bit tricky to set up, but eventually all the keys fit. The wallet is also great, even better than I hoped for.

The only negative experience I encountered was the lack of communication and tracking information for the shipment. Other than that, everything was great.

i have waited over about a week for a confirmation email which i am still yet to receive i have sent about three emails since then with no reply at all i can not track my order as i don’t have a order number it is the worst customer service i have experienced it says i should’ve received an email within 2 days of ordering which is a complete lie if this wallet does turn up i will be very surprised this was a gift for my father which has been completely ruined thank you a lot shield wallet

I recently placed an order for two sheild wallets. The carbon Fibre with strap and carbon Fibre with clip, because I was uncertain which one would suit my needs. And now I need to return one back. I have send them 3 emails and no response

I ordered two Shield wallets before seeing the reviews here and then panicked when I seen all the negative ones.

Mine arrived 8 days after ordering and I had a confirmation email and shipping email. If you use the tracking link via the email or the website it doesn’t show any updates at all, mine still doesn’t have an update despite it being delivered. However, for all my parcels I always use parcelapp.com and it gives you regular updates from loads of companies all over the world.

It shipped from China (although it’s marketed as a UK company so I don’t like that) and I was able to track it the whole way. If anyone reading is worried they’re not getting an update on the Shield website, try Parcelapp with the tracking number.

Wallet itself seems really sturdy, I got one with a strap, my stepdad got one with a clip. Easy enough to store cards, can slip them out easily and it’s holding money tightly. Will update in time when it’s been used but it seems really good so far.

I will say though, a lot of the positive reviews here look super sus, very AI/bot feeling, especially as most of them have 1 review total. It doesn’t look great for a company to be fair.
