UPDATE: since leaving my original review the company have been in touch to offer an alternative resolution. Thank fully they were a lot more understanding than previously mentioned and hopefully the next order will not have any issues!

Beware of shopping online. Items received were damaged. This should've been checked before delivery. You have to pay for the return (postage charges not refunded) even though item is damaged. Really poor customer service. No other resolution offered or considered.

Really horrible experience with the services. I have spend a good amount in store for Eid dresses but I needed to change size afterwards and, they don't allow customers to change sizes even if the stock is available! The no exchange/return policy they exercise, is not mentioned anywhere in the store, until you get the recipient!! What's the point after one has made the purchase!! If you are gifting, please avoid this place.

I kept calling them for two days to check if I can change sizes, but they never picked up. Finally when they did pick up, the lady on phone kept saying she had already spoken to me, when they clearly haven't picked my calls or responded to my WhatsApp call! Extremely unprofessional!

This place is surely not following consumers rights or the standard policies of the country they are doing business in.

I ordered 3 outfits. They sent the wrong size trousers, which I had to prove by sending pictures as well as measurements, and other outfits had a thread pull across the chest which I also provided pictures for with in 30 minutes of recieving the items. I called them as well as WhatsApp them to resolve the matter ASAP as i needed the outfits for 5 days time. They sent me a link to their terms and conditions which didn't address my issue. They sent me the wrong goods and the onus is on them to rectify it. They expect me to pay p&p 2 times again to rectify their mistake. This is appalling customer service. Will never shop there again and neither should you. Don't be sucked into what you see on the website. Quality is appalling. The silky material is such bad quality...so thin and disintegrating at the stitches. Its a joke!

Went to the green street branch today to look for Eid clothes and just loved the variety they had! Staff are very helpful and lovely! will Defiantly be recommending the place to people!

I love the variety of styles you offer! Your window displays are always so creative and eye-catching. The quality of your clothing is consistently excellent. I always find something unique and special here. The staff is so helpful and friendly, making the shopping experience a pleasure.

Greet street has the most reasonable Eid outfits, Every Eid i proudly wear Shiffonz only. great customer service during Eid rush too

Went for the first time to get stuff for my wedding at the green street branch and the clothes were supercute! The workers there were so friendly and gave me just THE best of help and guidance into what would suit me the most or what they had in the styles I preferred. I especially love the fact that they were so patient and understanding with what I needed and/or had in mind.

Got mine & my sisters Eid outfits from the green street branch and I’m in love with the quality. The quality of the clothing form shiffonz doesn’t compare to any other place I’ve purchased from!

Shiffonz green street is best pakistani brand on the high street they have regular new stock arrivals with reasonable prices and shop is always organised

Wouldn't even give them 1 star. Customer service is terrible. Returned an item and they refused to refund and kept arguing they would send it back. Website doesn't have any returns process.

Avoid these lot at any cost!

After ordering an expensive outfit for Eid the order came but with a skirt -not silky pants -as stated on the website. When I checked with with them they said there were no pants with this outfit and thanked me for correcting their misstatenent.

I returned the item but not only did they NOT honor the return postal charge they also deducted more money and offered me a partial refund!

It is a disgrace that this branded well known UK store cheats its customers even when they are at fault. it is baffling that they have zero sense of customer service. They thanked me for correcting their mistake and changed the descriptor online immediately  to skirt (from pants) but decided not to fix their mistake with valuable customers. I will certainly not be buying from Shiffonz.com again and would not encourage others either.

I placed an order from the shiffonz website and when I received the order it was exactly as pictured and the order was same.very good delivery and very good fabric.

I recently purchased a suit from Shiffonz, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The quality of the fabric is top-notch, and the stitching is flawless. The fit was perfect, exactly as described in the size guide, and the design is so elegant.
The ordering process was smooth, and I received my order on time.

Great shopping experience

Orderd 2 dresses. 1 came which was completely different to the picture so I returned for a refund, but at my own cost although the mistake was theirs. They would not admit it was their mistake even after I sent the photo evidence of what I ordered and what arrived. They aren't prepared to reason at all.if an incorrect item is received shipping should not be charged for returns in my opinion. Please read captions VERY CAREFULLY as the pictures don't always match the colours or description of the outfit. You won't reveive the item in the picture.

Thanks to Roop working at Shiffonz (Bradford). She’s been very helpful with the sizing of my outfit. As she’s fixed my outfit in less than 20 min. Appreciate it.
