Shin guards in the UK and Europe should have passed EN/BS 13061. These don’t. Marketing nonsense sold on Insta and Facebook. Website full of “Reviews by Mum” etc. These pads look OK for training in but definitely won’t let my 10 year old wear for matches.

I have ticked the box to allow ShinDefender to respond to this. I’m willing to bet they won’t as no argument to be had if they don’t have BS 13061.

Absolute rubbish. When they finally arrived they were absolute cheap rubbish. Stick to normal shin pads with the brand names you know. Look like they cost about £1 to make.

I ordered from this company a month ago. The website looked legit. However the shin guards never turned up.
When I looked at the tracking, I first became suspicious as the carrier is one I never heard of. When I clicked on tracking - all it says in repeat about 20 times;
Arrived at sort facility.
Departed sort facility.
As with other people here, I now see I got no order number with my order confirmation.
I e-mailed them and they replied with the tracking number - which just tracks to " arrived at sort facility" " departed sort facility" again and again. I am now opening a dispute to get refund from the bank. Do not order from this fake website.

Ordered shin guards we thought in time for Xmas but they have still not arrived. Looks as though it's a scam.

This company is in China and will not deliver in the time stated its been 9 days and still haven't received them. Will update when/if they arrive.
Update - Ordered 9th Dec arrived 21st Dec. Product looks ok don't know how long it will last.

Are not shipped from UK, so do not arrive in the advertised time scale. It's 4-6 working days, but only once they arrive in the country! Did not even arrive initially, but my correspondence was ignored. Has eventually turned up, too late for the intended occasion, and they are like cut off leggings with foam in. Return address is in China despite UK address on packaging. Do not recommend.

No order confirmation or order number sent. When queried by email they take days to respond and then say they cannot trace the order without order number.
Even after sending proof of payment they still deny my order claiming it was ordered via an ebay company and not them. After numerous emails the product eventually arrived well outside their quoted delivery time and is of the poorest quality and can be bought elsewhere at a a fraction of the cost. Return costs to China have to be paid if you want a refund.
Avoid this company at all costs. Wish I had read Trustpilot reviews. So many 1 star reviews.

I’m only giving 1 star as I can’t not award any stars. Please just stay clear of buying anything, it’s cheap, badly made and overpriced. It’s shipped from china, does not arrive in 6 days like they claim (my order took 2 weeks) and if it doesn’t fit when you finally receive it, you have to pay the return shipping back to china. Please don’t waste your hard earned money on this company.

Do not buy, these products are not fit for purpose. When I requested a 100% refund they offered me 25%. I have had to claim back through my bank.

You can get the same product on temu for €2.50...Never again will I purchase from this company again.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Clearly a scam as it said delivery between 4 and 6 days and still after 30 days I haven't received these. Tried to contact these people but just told they are on their way. Tried to cancel but said they can't. Having to claim back through credit card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Never arrived. Said free uk shipping 4-6 days. I chose the more expensive option, expecting them to be here sooner. Not only have they not been here sooner they've never arrived. Absolute scam and to top it off when I try contact them they just send back "they are on the way way" they respond to that even without an order number, would love to know how they know that with no details beyond my name. Expensive scam

Fell apart after a couple of washes, the padded part came away from the sleeve and moved around the sleeve making them unwearable.
