They went out of business. Devices stopped working.

Are you kidding me? They are out of business! No longer support product or honor paid subscription!

I have submitted a ticket over a month ago with zero replies. The pods I ordered over a month ago still haven’t arrived. There is also no support in the app itself like their used to be.

I was so excited to get Shine for my bathrooms. I was excited but didn't let my expectations for a crowd-funded project get too far out of pocket. It took a while to receive the units and the first one leaked. It took several photos and written conversations, but I was able to receive a replacement. The ability to get components like the extended arm sprayer was impossible for me and it seems the same for many other customers as well, which is another disappointment. I am more surprised to have received this opportunity to review Shine, particularly after getting paperwork and so forth that the company was no longer in full operation. With that news, my level of disappointment is even greater. I love the idea behind Shine, but there seems to have been some mis-steps along the way by this company.

Awful product, complete waste of money because they did not work. When one of mine broke I never heard back from them, eventually filling a complaint through my CC company.

Support is dismal. When I close the toilet cover, or even walk near the toilet, the spray goes off. When I turn on the bathtub or even when the dishwasher goes off, the spray goes off. I go through a pod once a week! Even after a month and 4 pods later, I decide to clean the toilet, and found that it's still pretty gross in there.

I tried to contact support a few times, and they were very responsive the beginning, but now, I haven't heard anything for a few months. I haven't used shine since, because it's a waste of money to keep buying pods that will be used up ever week, and I have 2 Shines, which makes it even more expensive to maintain.

So far the device works well. I'm a little disturbed by the company bankruptcy and I hope it's a reorganization and not a liquidation.

Awful service frustrating product! Company has gone in to liquidation and we don’t even have ingredients for what we need to put in the product doesn’t even deserve one star!

Awful product. Awful app.

App never really "worked" on Android, was too buggy and unreliable to be released in that condition.

Couldn't ever get support, eventually support became auto replies and closure of the support request.

Can no longer order pods or accessories, making the unit useless. Can't even get an auto response to any form or request - I suspect its related to a bankruptcy notice I received regarding Shine.

This company is a joke!
They got my money,and now they’re bankrupt.

I really love my shine but I'm having trouble reaching customer service. I wanted to see how I can get more than just one box of pods at a time

Doesn't work as well as I had hoped. Stains still build up just not as fast. Promised app features have not materialized yet. Everything is still "coming soon".

I have not received my last 2 pod orders from my subscription. And now that subscription appears to be gone

We really love this product, it’s neat looking, easy to install, works perfectly, and keeps the inside of your bowl sparkling clean. Had mine for several months now just refill while adding the pods an walla ,clean toilet. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

I loved my shine bathroom cleaner, so I paid for a year’s membership for refills. The ordering site no longer works, it says I have no membership, and there is absolutely no customer service. Don’t waste your money!

I mean when i first got it it worked pretty well - now i can't get into the app to order pods. No word on if the business is bankrupt or what is going on.
