As far as shipping very quick they respond fast I won’t know how the veneers fit yet until I do I can’t give a comment on them yet but once I do I will update how they are as far as responding to emails they don’t waste time

It took quite a few attempts to get my impressions approved but customer service was very helpful all the way through. They even gave me upgraded expedited shipping since its taken 2 months to get the best impression. Can't wait to wear them on vacation!

Well this is my second pair of veneers and my first was from another company. My first set lasted about two years and the top cracked so they were lose but I still wore them. This set from Shiny Smile the bottom veneer didn’t fit because they wouldn’t snap on my teeth so I had to remake my bottom veneer. I just received word back saying they received the new mold and I have to wait three to five weeks before I get them back. I would have thought that they would prioritize mine over others so the turn around would be less than 3 to 5 weeks. So I can’t speak on how they fit and feel because of the bottom veneer didn’t fit.

I have researched veneer companies for years and have read literature and invested time, energy, and money. This has been an important journey that I committed to until I found answers. I have landed here with Shiny Smile Veneers. My inquiries have been answered and I am eager to receive my new smile!

Their customer service is fantastic! I told them my fears of certain things and they explained and reassured me to work it out. They explain everything several different ways to make everything seem less as possible. Highly recommend!!!!

The experience that I’ve had was Shiney Smile veneers is really really incredible. They just got back to me and really made me feel better and put me at ease about my concerns now I haven’t received the veneers yet but up to this point in time I can only think that the rest will just be outstanding.

I had difficulties at the beginning with chkng on my order. After 6-8 weeks finally got it worked out. I’m giving this review 4 stars bcs of initial issues and I haven’t received them yet. Hopefully I won’t have to change this to below 4 stars.
