I have only completed the initial process to create an impression for my bottom teeth. There were clear instructions both written and a step by step video. Upon my 1st attempt with an impression that I emailed to them, they responded it was not usable. The package included more supplies to complete a couple other impressions, which helped. So far it has been a smooth & simple process & awaiting my actual veneers now.

My experience with Shiny Smile Veneers has been amazing! From the beginning of the process the customer service folks have been in constant contact with updates and important information. They made everything so easy! They also offer a step by step video guide on how to make the impressions, which, for me, was extremely helpful. I recently purchased a set of top veneers for my 25 year-old son. He was missing 3 teeth in the front, and had visible cavities on almost every tooth. It was a heart-breaking site to see, and was certainly affecting his ability to secure jobs, and have a healthy social life. Shiny Smiles customer service worked with us to make the impressions, and get photos of his existing teeth. When we received the veneers, I couldn't believe how natural and great the looked and fit. I actually compared photos of him at 14 with his teeth intact, to today with the veneers, and you can't tell that they are not his natural teeth. We are going to order a backup set and also get the bottoms done now for a perfect match. It has changed his life. Thank you Shiny Smiles.

The process to get your new ShinySmile Vaneers is so easy and the company is there to help you get it right. After receiving my ShinySmile veneers and putting them on for the first time I couldn't believe how good they look and that I could smile again without the embarrassing yellow and missing teeth. In conclusion if you want to change your outlook and enjoy beautiful looking teeth i highly recommend getting ShinySmile Veneers!

Finally received my full set of veneers and they are exactly what I needed to regain some confidence. They are not perfect but a lot better than the shape my teeth are in now. They will hopefully get me through until I can afford implants. They are very thin and I can’t eat with the bottoms in but overall I’m satisfied with my purchase. Customer support is great too.

In my experience, this company marketed DIY veneers as being easy to do at home, either by yourself or with the help of one of their specialists. That was not my experience at all.
What they didn't make clear was how difficult it can be to get an accurate dental impression. The impression has to be almost perfect for the veneers to be made correctly. When my impression wasn't accepted, they sent me another kit, and then another one, dragging out the process instead of completing my order.
By the time I had gone through multiple impression kits, more than 14 days had passed. I was then told I was no longer eligible for a refund. As a result, I ended up without my money and without veneers. Even though their reviews appear to be good. It is deceiving. I am going to consult a lawyer to try and get my money back. My dumb ass paid the full amount by accident . Now I am having to tell social media the BBB an who ever else as a victim. Please 🙏 for me ...

I went through a long process, frustrating at times...I even thought of bailing out a couple of times...I am so glad I hung in there...Mine fit perfectly and look better than I could have ever expected...I can't help from smiling in everyone's face...Thank you Shiney Smile....

I absolutely love my new smile! It took some time. I was uncomfortable with the first set so I ordered a new set and they were so worth the wait! They also gave me some great deals for leaving a review. If you’re insecure about your smile I would definitely consider Shiny Smile. I couldn’t be more happy!

Customer service was always nice and professional. It was frustrating with the bottom having to be redone several times. But everything worked out.

We had problems with shipment, which wasn’t their fault, and they sent us replacement kits at no cost. Their customer service has been the best!

The initial stages of the process went smoothly. I received the impression kit within a few days as promised. The impression kit was a bit intimidating at first but the the written instructions along with the video put me at ease. I received the product in the expedited time and the fit and look were great.

These are the best fitting and look better than others that I have tried best thing is that o am able to eat with them

I really want to give Shiny Smile Veneers a 5 but how mine turned out, I have to deduct a star. Backstory, I chipped my front tooth, the small chip went up and gave me a gap. The broken exposed side then started to develop a cavity. I am currently saving for implants and didn’t want to spend $2K on 2 crowns that I will just remove next year when I have my implants done. That being said my daughter was getting married and I wanted to be able to smile ( I am a tooth smiler so the cracked front tooth was not going to make me comfortable.) Here’s where Shiny smile comes in. I started seeing ads on my social media and seeing the ads the teeth on others looked great. I end up ordering them and the process is super easy. They send the kit. I send pictures. I do the impressions, send it back. Within days they email me and tell me my impressions are good and we are being put in line for production. It took about 2 weeks to get back which was super fast because they said 3-5 weeks. All of this process… 5 stars, but I received them and that’s where the excitement stopped. The veneer arrived twisted and looked a little demented and were not going in my mouth. I actually decided to put them in warm water to see if that would help and it did. I was able to snap on the veneers but they were super tight and made my mouth and gums hurt especially on one side. My left side fit perfectly but the right side and front are high and in my gums and make it super hard to take out how they sit pressing in my gums. On top of that, my teeth look super big and you can see them when my lip is just normal. I recognize that these cover your natural teeth so yes they are going to be bigger, but they are huge in my mouth. I have been wearing them for 2 weeks as much as possible to be ready for the wedding and I still had a lisp. I still fight the right side to get out of my mouth. I still have 2 spots that are irritated and get littles cuts from them digging in. And I am uncomfortable wearing them more than I need to because they are so big I feel like Jim Carrey in The Mask. So, if you are looking for a temporary cover for say business or personal so that your confidence isn’t shattered by a bad tooth, these are worth it. Just be prepared that they may look a little obnoxious
