I’m sorry, but I’m so disappointed by this seller. Orders weren’t sent, no notice, no present at Christmas. Mistakes by vouchers, no response, right now; Shinzo owes me 100€ and gives no feedback.
After all the trouble and mistakes on Shinzo’s end, they won’t even grant me a goodwill credit for the shipping. To make things worse, they completely ignore me now. Absolutely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.
Found shoes I had been searching for ages. It’s the second time I search for these exact shoes (the old pair is getting worn out) and last time I had to ship them from the US for almost 2x the value, here I found them at normal price, fast delivery (FR -> NL). Great great great!!!

Since there are a few bad reviews i would like to share my experience.
I was looking for some sneakers that was out of stock in my country (Denmark) and I was happy to find them on Shinzo Paris.
The price of the sneakers were reasonable, but the UPS shipping to Denmark was pretty expensive.
It took about 6 days from order to arrival with several status mails from Shinzo, no complaints here.
I got everything i ordered without any damaged goods so i'm pretty happy about my experience and would buy from them again.
Seen a lot of negative reviews on here which almost put me off ordering from Shinzo but my experience was nothing but positive. Couldn't find that jersey anywhere online or in Ireland and they had it to me in a week. Shipping was a little pricey to Ireland but was worth it to get it for Christmas. Thanks Shinzo
