I had a shipment from the UK to the US and it only took 5 days to get to me from the day they had received the parcel at their facility. I think they can improve the service by making it a bit more affordable if possible.

I had a great experience using Ship7 as my proxy shipper! The process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Their support team was outstanding quick to respond and incredibly helpful with all my questions and concerns. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to other services and no hidden fees. I chose shop for me, I was never told that Target does not send to the address that they chose it to be delivered to. I had to arrange a lot myself and it took ages and ages before my package was updated to my profile for me to be able to pay shipment to my house. The worst part? The package was ready to be shipped already a couple of days and if I myself did not contact the team, it would probably still be lying there doing nothing. The shipment took a while but when FedEx eventually got the package, everything went smoothly.

Let me share my experience with ship7. The company was good but only one thing which forced me to leave them is : i am a regular importer from usa from last many years and already working with all famous freight forwarders in USA. i was able to give ship7 easily every month up to 50kg weight but...here the story starts : i did a shipment with them in May 2025, it was a good shipment of 26kg having almost 38 products of daily use, no big size products all very regular size products which can be taken in hand easily. i requested the shipment and they make 13 boxes of different sizes of 38 products. which make a lot of problems for me when it arrived to customs in my country and obviously it cost me very high almost $288 extra charges for custom clearance, 2ndly got alot of problem when trying to clear all of them from customs ( obviously because there were multiple 13 small boxes ) . when i talked to their helpline that why u guys did that, is this called consolidation ? so they said that their consolidation team decided to make 13 boxes of total 26kg weight. i said r u kidding ??? this is not called consolidation . CONSOLIDATION IS WHEN U PUT ALL THE ITEMS IN 1 OR MAXIMUM 2 BOXES ACCORDING TO THE WEIGHT AND SIZE OF THE PRODUCT, THIS IS CALLED CONSOLIDATION. so they were not ready to accept the mistaken and that support guy keep saying that our team will decide either how much boxes they will made. even i said them that so this way i will not be able to work with u, because it cost me high in customs due to multiple boxes so he said its ur wish if u donot want to work with us..... so this was the end of my story with them and i left the compny. it was a good company but their consolidation attitude forced me to leave them. this was my experience with ship7. now its ur turn.

Among some snacks I trusted Ship7 with my new laptop. Everything arrived fast and safely. What makes this experience extra great is how they saved me from waiting for my package unnecessarily long. So, when choosing a courier to ship my shoppings, I chose the fastest one from a similar price range, which was DHL. Ship7 emailed me then, saying DHL would require a clearance for shipping the battery (my laptop) that could take 2-3 weeks and asked me if I really wanted to proceed or maybe choose another courier and they mentioned 2 different courier companies with their ETAs similar to DHL. I appreciate their reaction as I could be still waiting for my laptop if they didn't care and just have proceeded with DHL.
There's only one thing that could be better and that is the charge for items that are being stored for longer than 2 weeks. DE warehouse is closed on weekends, which makes some deliveries impossible, causing the storing time to extend in some cases (one of my packages was out for delivery on Saturday) and adding charges a customer is not able to avoid purely due to these opening hours.

They were fast but too expensive. I got 2 separate parcels. Thought it would be put together in one parcel to save the cost as it is stated on the website.

I have been using another freight company to bring items in from the USA. This last item was to big for them, even though they said it was not and gave me permission to freight it. I still couldn't because of their system which did not allow it. after many phone calls and emails, that kept telling me it would be sorted, with no success, and storage fees kicked into play, I gave up and sent to Ship7 to freight over. No fuss, no bother it came through and for less cost. I will be using Ship7 going forward. thanks

They've changed it so you only get a short amount of time to store your items in the warehouse for free and it cost me like 33USD to ship a single nude barbie doll to Australia. The courier service was good, but shipping prices without cheaper USPS rates available anymore make it too expensive.

Items were in pristine condition and on time. Couldn't recommend this service highly enough. I switched over from USGoBuy when it closed its doors, and I am very happy with this alternative. Well done Ship7!!!

Total scam, they stole my shipment blaming the courier for one shipment (expensive item) the other shipment first they held it (on hold cheap shipment car part they claim it might contain drugs!! Eventually un hold it after several communication and invoices provided!)
The will ask you for invoices to determine the cost of your shipments to determine should they steal it or add it to your box! I asked them to review cctv they totally ignored my demand
All reviews seems fishy to increase their score in google and in trustpilot they don't have any signs on the warehouse to show they really own it and the pictures they used on google maps were stolen
Don’t use their service I have been shopping online for over 20 years never lost a single package and this immediately happened on ship7

The reply I got from them below is just a waste of time, I have no reason to complain other than what I faced, you get paid to handle my package and that is your business USPS got no business in verifying every package and you can instruct them how to do business with them! You lack of management is not my problem I already lost more than 300$ because of you. I can never prove you stole my package but you know the truth I will keep warning people from your scam specially locally and I will make sure no one suffer as I did. I mentioned before I have been shopping online for over 20 years never had a single lost package and used several freight forwarding service with high value items and never lost anything! Suddenly this happen with my first package!
I dare you to post real pictures of your warehouse with your employees and the information of the company on your website or in your social media account that is dead already
