To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

ShipSage is a third party logistics (3PL) provider built for ecommerce brands that want fulfillment to stop being a bottleneck. From six US warehouses, we receive, pick, pack, and ship orders for direct to consumer stores, marketplace sellers, wholesale accounts, and subscription brands, with coast to coast coverage that shortens transit times and lowers shipping costs. Our platform connects to 100+ marketplaces and selling channels, including Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Etsy, so orders, inventory, and tracking stay in sync without manual uploads or spreadsheet workarounds. We support Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime, which lets sellers earn the Prime badge while keeping control of their own inventory. Brands also work with us for kitting and assembly, FBA prep, B2B and retail routing, returns processing, and international shipping. Through PrintSage.com, our print on demand brand, we add in house DTG and DTF printing to the same fulfillment network. Sellers can launch apparel and merchandise without holding upfront inventory, and every order moves through one connected design to doorstep workflow instead of stitching together separate print and shipping vendors. Behind the software is a real team. Every account gets a named point of contact, hands on onboarding, and defined service levels for receiving, order processing, and pick accuracy. When something needs attention, clients reach a person who knows their account, not a ticket queue. We pay attention to what shows up here. If you are a ShipSage or PrintSage client, we want to hear what is working and where we fall short, whether that is inbound receiving speed, order accuracy, print quality, or support response time. If an issue is open on your account, leave the details and our team will follow up directly.
