Dear Ship Shape Resources! Again, I needed support and clarification from one of your colleagues and yet again she came out as such an inspiration, so patient, diligent, genuine and kind. Mahmuda helped me fast and very professional in making things easier about my leave, P45, holidays payouts, and HMRC and doing it all so smoothly for me! I would like to compliment her passion for work and simplicity to put it in a manner so I was able to understand, and for her kindness above all! Well done! Best to the rest of the team too, who are always so kind!

The service was very helpful and managed to sort out all the information with no trouble would highly recommend

I had spoken to two other umbrella companies before going to Shipshape. The representative I dealt with was Courtney. She was friendly, helpful professional and informative. She explained things clearly in a few sentences that the other two could not manage. I signed up and all is good so far and at a very competitive rate.

I would like to mention Mrs Debbie Morris because she helped me to sort out a problem had with my payment. She was chasing the case and show interest and care to solve my problem. So I would like to thank her for the hard work!

Courtney was great, polite and patience with my questions.

Beth in payroll is the main issue at SSP, she is very rude and she never answers phone calls. She is very unprofessional and knows nothing about payroll.

She is too good and qualify woman.she is such a able person for any agency to take a peek.she do 100 percent

Debbie was really helpful, she’s a very good listener and a supportive advisor, always willing to render assistance.
I’m glad i spoke to you today as you made everything seems so easy despite not being straight forward but you manage to make it seem so easy.

Debbie Morris was an absolute star! She helped me with my tax codes and sorting out my tax refund. She made everything very simple and made the process very quick and easy. She will always be my go to person at Shipshape! Hope she gets all the recognition and accolades she deserves!!

As umbrella companies go, I found Ship shape good.
I would certainly use again and recommend.
I only gave a 4 instead of a 5 because I was getting a small payment deducted each week, that I did not agree at any point and this took lots of my time to investigate (and gave up) with Ship shape and the tax office.
Saying that, Ship shape appear a professional company (so far) and I would use again.

Debbie Morris has been very helpful considerate and a pleasure to deal with. Every week if I have any questions to do with my payments she will endeavour to help me and will always call back whenever possible.

No issue with SSP in payment but trying to sort out a refund of an unauthorised deduction is taking months and still not resloved.
