Always helpful with any problems I have (which are very few, tbh).
Staff are approachable and each has their own personality.

Recently I have moved to PRS Recruitment which are using Ship Shape services - and hey I am really impressed as not only it save me so much time on registrations, compliance, but also they are very flexible with sorting out issues caused by candidates. Jack Chinnery my account manager is absolutely amazing - usually all my queries are sorted with a speed of light. Highly recommend.

Great payroll company, always pay on time and send you your payslip early on in the week so if you have any queries about wages you have time to sort it out befor you get paied, always friendly and I would recommend shipshape to anyone !

Great payroll company. I myself am paid through Shipshape and as long as my time sheet has been submitted on time by myself and approved on time by the hiring manager, there are never any payment issues.

Great email communication with account managers, fast and accommodating. Payroll processes invoices fairly quick.

I have been with Ship Shape for just over a year on a temp umbrella basis and in that time all my weekly payments have been correct and on time and any dealings with the office have been efficiently and courteously dealt with, which is all I could reasonably wish for. Where they have really excelled though is since the corona crisis started and the effort they have gone to, to sort out approval for furlough from my agency and applying for the payments to the tax office. This can't have been easy with a depleted admin team, but they succeeded and also were great at providing realtime updates whenever I called them up.This company have really gone the extra mile at a time when I am aware many others took the decision to just not bother. I really appreciate everything they have done for me in these dificult times and would not hesitate to recommend them. 10 out of 10. Thank you guys.

Excellent service. Prompt payment. This is a very trusted company with no hidden subsidiary companies lurking in the background. Plus the admin fee charged is considerably lower than all of the other umbrella companies.
