I’ve recently purchased a Honda CB125F from Daniel Flett. He has been incredibly helpful and friendly as well as the other staff.

Would recommend Shirlaws to anyone who is looking at getting a motorcycle, both new riders such as myself and experienced riders. 10/10!

Just bought a Triumph Bonneville T100 with Daniel as the sales man. His colleague Liam helped with things while Daniel was on holiday. Nothing but great service from the start. And couldn't be happier with the bike. Will use again.

Shirlaws aberdeen will definitely be back for my next bike in future. Great customer service. loving the new ktm rc 125. Daniel was my appointed sales man daniel kept me in loop with everthing from smallest information or details of registering the bike. When Daniel was off on annaul leave Rory had taking over on anything i needed to know or a call returned. Receptionist was also very helpful everything I called for an update and passed on my messages. Can't forget the delivery driver who also delivered my bike right to my door, super friendly and very helpful with any last minute questions I had. Daniel, Rory and all the team at sirlaws have been great! Jamie.

My experience was amazing booked my test drive with Daniel and what can I say he was amazing from start to Finnish took the bike out in torrential rain came back dripping the team got me a cuppy a towel and I bought the bike Daniel was brilliant from taking my bike to value it to sorting new finance nothing was to much trouble and 5 days later I picked up my new bike a big thankyou to Daniel for the amazing service

Traded in my Indian against a Ducati. Professional service with courtesy and deep knowledge of the bikes and biker requirements. Daniel, Rory and Dawn went above and beyond to make my experience memorable, they also resolved all my small issues and requests with zero fuss. Would highly recommend Shirlaws.

Great service from Daniel . He was going on holiday the day I was due to pick up my bike so he volunteered to have the bike delivered to me .Exceptional service. The driver who delivered the bike was also very good.

I was interested in a Honda DCT and Daniel Flett (a salesman) made their demonstrator available. There was no pressure to buy from him, but nonetheless I did purchase, and the process was eased by Daniel knowing what needed doing. He was obliging, knowledgable and diligent throughout, in particular when pairing my phone to the bike and helmet. He certainly knew his way through the menus, of which there are plenty on this bike.
I bought a helmet whilst there and Ellie was also most helpful, fitting out my purchase with a Bluetooth intercom unit.
Apart from feeling like a little boy in a sweet shop, Shirlaws had everything in stock that I needed, and if I asked a member of staff something, they seemed to know the answer or would find someone who did.
A fine experience overall, and I’m also pleased with the Honda I bought. Keep it up!

Dealt with Shirlaws in the 70s,now 50 years on my experience was just as smooth friendly and polite,
sales man Daniel kept me informed at every stage
through Email, and phone calls, got the option of
my bike delivered which was great the driver kept
me updated and arrived when he said he would,
the driver might be the end of the chain but worth his weight in gold, even putting it in the garage for me.
Born again Biker just need to use it now and enjoy.

Bought a new NCT750X DCT. Love the bike. Service was excellent from start to finish, the sales advisor was Daniel who kept me informed throughout the ordering, delivery and after sales process. Highly recommended

I dealt with Daniel from Shirlaws whilst purchasing my new to me MV Agusta Brutale. Everything was smooth and couldn't have been better considering the distance that I am from the dealership. A courier was arranged for the drop off of my new bike and pick up of my old bike. Very happy with the new bike and would recommend purchasing from Shirlaws

SHIRLAWS charged me almost £250 for what was described on the phone as a "full service", as part of a larger piece of work on my bike. This service was allocated around 2 hours of time to complete, hence the exorbitant price, despite taking about 30 minutes.

The service additionally consisted of only an oil and filter change. Hence I was charged £250 for around 15-20 minutes of work, one of the simplest jobs that can be done at home, and certainly not a "full service".

When I questioned the technician as to why my so much time was allocated for my work (meaning they could charge more, as more time was required for the job) I was told this was a standard amount of time for the job - which is ridiculous.

Given that the work was not a "full service", nor was the time allocated for it a reasonable representation of the work required, I would strongly dissuade anyone from having their motorcycle serviced at SHIRLAWS.

PS: I have kept my review somewhat anonymous as I cannot be bothered with the hassle of being contacted for this.

Buying from Shirlaws was a great experience. Daniel helped me pick out the right bike as I’m quite a tall individual and then explained and walked me through the entire financial process and the ins and outs. Couldn’t be happier with my new bike.

I highly recommend! The best customer service I have ever encountered, everything was explained in detail and to the point, no problems with placing or receiving the order. I would like to thank Daniel for his great help with ordering a new motorcycle and Jenni from whom I collected the motorcycle! I seen a Husqvarna motorbike listed on their website, so using the online service I was able to book a test ride for the bike.
Got a phone call the next day saying the Bike was still to go through the workshop, so I was able to test ride another bike while waiting.
Put a deposit down and paid for the bike, great communication from Daniel Flett the salesman, he kept me well informed with the whole process.
Had a vehicle hand over from Keith, all the bikes features was explained and if any issues cropped up they would sort them out for me.

Absolutely thrilled with the service from start to finish, all staff at Shirlaws very passionate about what they do. Great to support a local company!
