The t-shirt I ordered took ages to arrive and has been delivered to the wrong address. Royal mail took a photograph of a white door and my front door is grey. When I reported it, this company are insisting that it has been delivered so now I need to contact my credit card and stop the payment. Avoid this company!!!!!!!?
It's an excellent platform, you just need to add some designs, can you see the designs of one of the stores in Redbubble named (FirnandArt) and increase them!
Great tshirts so I ordered 4. All came perfect except one which I had ordered on a grey shirt and the one I received is beige. After multiple attempts to contact company they keep telling me it's grey. I sent pictures of the beige shirt. They tell me it's grey. I send more pictures and requests for a different colored shirt. No response. If one is to order online, one has to have a way to return merchandise or one is throwing their money away as is the case here. Bad customer service. Not cheap either.
