We supplied a template of our bay just as Shiv describes in its video. Posted off & two days later received a phone call to confirm style and size etc. The new rad was completed in 8 days & delivered in 10, what a brilliant service. Their courier helped carry it upstairs, which was fantastic as I couldnt of moved it on my own. The radiator fitted the bay perfectly. Communication was minimal but sufficient. I will use Shiv again and I'd recommend them.

The cure was spot on, so easy to hang. They did it quickly and kept me informed about the delivery.

Fantastic all round service. Easy to follow template instructions. I wasn’t so confident how the radiators would turn out but I was pleased with the finished product. Customer service was solid and knowledgable. I would recommend Shiv radiators to all.

Ordered angled radiator arrived damaged and scratched agreed with shiv to sort out the bent side panels and touch up scratch with touch up paint from shiv
Touch up paint did not arrive
Requested it again and asked for compensation for damage as to return the radiator was not an option
Been two weeks and Still not herd from shiv
When you pay over £500 for a single radiator with two bends you would at least expect some after sales support

The angled radiator we received didn't fit the window. They started by blaming the template, and then once they realised the template was fine, they admitted their fault but still asked us to pay for another radiator (in cash so we didn't have to pay VAT). We are now left with a radiator that we need to dispose of and an extra expense that was definitely not part of the budget.
