Worst experience ever do t buy from them

Worst experience ever. Ordered a pair of kids sneakers as a bday gift. The kid received the box opens up and finds ugly looking slippers. Customer service says we ll refund you, we don't t have your shoes in stock. Will never order and refer their their site. They wouldn't even offer a discount or some other incentives to keep customers. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE HALF A STAR.

I am very unsatisfied with shoe…

I am very unsatisfied with shoe carnival & how they handle their exchange policy online . All I wanted to do is exchange my shoe for a different size & was told that i needed to go to the store for an exchanged size & if the store does not have my size , ( in which the stores do not have my size ) , then I have to reorder the shoe online & pay the difference, when the first time I ordered online I bought one pair and got the second for half off , and now I have to reorder the shoe I need in a difference size online and pay the difference, does not make no sense . I will not be a returning customer to shoe carnival .

Just bought a pair of Dr Martens

Just bought a pair of Dr. Martens online. EXTREMELY disappointing to find out the Docs being sold are made in Vietnam, and not in the UK as all Docs used to be. While I'm not sure if they are knock-offs or not, it is upsetting to pay $100.00 for a pair of boots that aren't made where they originated from, or where you think they are coming from. Be sure to check where they are made if you buy them from here!!

Worst place to order shoes from…

Worst place to order shoes from literally all month I've ordered shoes and they cancel it the next day with no explanation!! I'm Literally shopping somewhere else because they obviously don't want my business!! It's frustrating!! And they are the only ones with the shoes I'm wanting for my daughter. I gave up trying with them.

I ordered a pair of Shoes for a Friends…

I ordered a pair of Shoes for a Friends Birthday which never got put in the Box by Incompetent Person in the Warehouse and then I asked for a full refund since I didn’t have time to wait for a replacement and get told the Credit Department is backed up and My refund won’t even get processed until 10-15 Business days, that is majorly unacceptable especially since I had to take more money out just to get a replacement of My Own for My Friends Birthday elsewhere and really need the Money back ASAP for the Shoes I never friggin got, so first I get screwed over with the Order then Refund.

2 HOURS & $20 MORE FOR THE SHOES I WANTED

Offered a $10 off coupon & free shipping for new customer, but could not get either to work online..Had to call them, with a 15-minute hold time (that was the best part of the transaction..Cust rep still could not get discounts to go through, but after an hour+ of my wasted time, I just bought them anyway (and this was the only place that had these in my size)..THEN after they had my billing info, the price went up $1.30..BECAUSE THE PRICE GIVEN ME WAS "ONLY AN ESTIMATE"..So almost 2 hours & $20 more than offered, I might get a pair of shoes someday..
DON'T EVEN LOOK ON THEIR SITE..YOU WILL BE SORRY

stay away from this business by NOT giving them your $$$
I ordered and received three pairs of CROCS - all 3 DEFECTIVE!
SIZES TOTALLY OFF!!!
One foot was either too big (width/length) it did not matter which foot. I have bought crocs at the CROC STORE and I have NEVER had this issue there. Anyway long story short Their online return process did NOT work so I called customer service they said they would email me a prepaid RETURN LABEL. So far so good EXCEPT that they NEVER did send me the email. I sent them SEVERAL emails requesting the label. I did get an automated reply saying that customer service would get back to me within 24 hours. That never happened. Tired of waiting. Shoe carnival is making it IMPOSSIBLE to return DEFECTIVE SHOES. So I just called my credit card to dispute the charge!

One register

I hardly ever buy expensive sneakers.
Yesterday I went to s
Shoe Carnival.
No one greets you or asks if you needed help.
Virus or not ,crazy.
Couldn't find a place to sit the chairs are in the back of the store.
Lets talk registers!
One open with 2 people there.
One just checks the shoe size(I tried them both on).
That's to the left of the register.Then you go to the register to the right if its not occupied with the next confused customer.
I never heard either of them say did you find what you wanted or sorry for the inconvenience of the register.
Maybe I 'm just getting old but that's ridiculous!!
One pair of sneakers in my size for $35.00.
Thank God they fit.
Will I go back?
Probably not.
$70.00-80.00 sneakers should be made of something more expensive.

I will never spend money here again

I will never spend money here again. This is by far the crapiest company I’ve ever spent money at. I ordered a pair of Nike slides, and unfortunately also did Klarna payments. Got an email that my order was delivered and yet there was no package. I sent multiple emails and sat on hold for HOURS with no one to answer. Stupid email stares “will get back to you within 24 hours” between me not getting my shoes, opening up a claim with USPS and the lack of customer care. I truly can say I would never recommend this company to anybody. What type of company is run on lies, 24 hours?? How about no communication at all besides telling me you received my money. This is a pathetic excuse of a company . DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

NO REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered two pairs of sandals, and one of them arrived in a different size from what I ordered. I tried writing to their customer support twice (they claim that they will get back to you in 24 hours, but I never got any response to either email, other than a general notice that they had received it), as well as calling their customer support phone number. I was kept on hold for so long every time I called that I ended up hanging up because I had to take care of other things.

Normally, I would just return the shoe and order it in the correct size from a different website. This is a shoe I have had in the past and it was great — unfortunately one of the straps broke because I packed it very poorly in a suitcase. So I knew my size and the quality of the shoe, and just needed to find a way to obtain it. However, the company has a $6 return shipping fee, which would make the shoe's cost go up by at least 25%... definitely a disappointment given that I was simply looking to get a decent quality shoe at a relatively inexpensive price!

Over all, this whole situation is a bit ridiculous, since, as far as I can tell from the "customer service" I received, there might very well be none!!! It seems like they just set up an email and phone number, but with no one on the other end who can actually respond.
