I am so not happy me and my Husben bought 4 pair shoes about 3-4 months ago and spent 250.00 and got email 2 days later saying I had 10.00 in rewards of course I didn’t keep it but when I went to use them yeasterday of course the lady said they was not on my account

I would also give a zero if I could. I spoke with customer service agent and assured I would receive an email. One week later and no email. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I finally went to the store and they were much more helpful. I will never order online from shoe carnival again.

The women at the door told me I couldn’t do a return, even though I had my receipt and I had 60 days to return them, I was back the very next week anyway she got the manager on duty he agreed with her plus added it’s because of Covid also , tell all your friends not to buy from them they don’t honor the recipe they give you

Trying to return the item. NO RESPONSE for a month now! Horrible customer service. No chat - they are always offline. No phone - no one picks up, email - they just give you your case number and after it nothing happens. I will never ever shop at this place.

Customer service is horrible, waited on hold for 58 min, Someone Answered Hello and I asked her if this was shoe carnival and if she just woke up. she hung up on me. Shoe carnival sent me the wrong color shoes I called to replace them they refunded my money minus my shipping fee of six dollars as a return. again I called ,waited on the line for 80 minutes for Customer Service and got no satisfaction. Buy you shoes anywhere else, Perfect name for a company that has a bunch of clowns working for them.

The worst company ever! Ive been trying to talk to someone for over a week! Chat, emails, calling, no one ever gets back to me! What is wrong with you guys? i just want the track number from my return! It arrived there last week. And i haven't received anything from it, not even an email or the number of the new order.. I am not asking for something impossible, its just a update!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried to purchase some shoes on the website, used the 25% off code listed on the website. When I put in my card information in, it said there was an error, tried to do it again, and another error. I even tried to use a different device, still error with the card. I got charged 3 different times for the same one pair of shoes. No email saying that my order was received, no confirmation, nothing. Tried getting in contact with a rep through customer service, I've been on hold for OVER AN HOUR! At this point, I don't want the shoes anymore I just want a refund. And after reading some of the other posts, I think it'll be a long time before I get one!!!!

I wish I could give a zero star review! My mother and I tried to order shoes online. Got an error message that the payment could not be excepted and to contact the card issuer or try a different card. We did both! Every card we tried to use it said the card could not be used. Found out they pulled money every single time we tried to use the card but the orders failed!!! Called customer service and found they had 7 orders that had failed but had pulled money for every single order!!! They were going to file a report and make me wait 2-3 business days for someone to contact me to issue a refund of almost $800! I had to fight with the rep to get someone to refund the money immediately. I’m sorry but I didn’t have a week to wait on someone to refund $800 when I have bills to pay, and we all know that’s exactly how long it would’ve taken them to get the process done, if not longer! They don’t value their customers or our time! They’ve lost about 7-8 customers over this issue as I’ve told everyone in my family who shops with Shoe Carnival to never return! Don’t waste your time or money with these clowns. The whole establishment is a joke....
Refused use of the restroom due to covid-19
I was shopping in Shoe Carnival this morning I went to use the restroom and the door was barricaded I was told by management that I should use one of the restaurants located in the same mall. I find it very insulting when a business tells me to use another establishment that I am not even patronizing. I am good enough for them to take my money but not good enough to use the restroom.
Won't accept return for defective shoes
Store 384 won't accept return for defective shoes. Manager won't talk to me. Told to call corporate. Website shows defective shoes can be returned within 60-days. Showed to store and told "sorry, no, call corporate". Shoes purchased on 9/14, attempted exchange on 9/24.
Worst online experience ever!!
Worst online experience ever!!! Only received order confirmation and number through email and then never heard another thing about my order! I have had to jump through hoops just to get the tracking number and that was after 4 days of waiting on hold at least 30 minutes for nobody to ever answer and speaking to 2 online chat reps, which the first one have me wrong info and still did not provide me with a tracking number! They use some sort of smart post for their delivery options and is the reason for the slow delivery bc Fed ex only takes it to a certain point and then the USPS is responsible for it being delivered the rest of the way, but that’s what you get for getting free shipping takes 7-12 business days! I orders the 14th money came out the 15th never got a confirmation email that they had been processed like the website states and one rep said they would be here the 21st and they weren’t, they were actually in PA on the 21 st, just spoke with Fed Ex and they won’t be here till the 28th mean time they have been sitting in a Fed Ex wear-house for a week bc of the shopping option Shoe Carnival chooses!!! I have yet to speak to anyone with shoe carnival directly! I have left messages through their website and have gotten confirmation emails with case #’s and text stating a customer service advocate will contact you shortly, hey shoe carnival it’s been 4 days and I still haven’t heard from anyone! I usually spend $200 a month with this company but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere even if it means paying a few extra dollars!

Shoecarnival claims that they have everyday second pair half off but that's a bunch of bull I've been up here three times and two weeks and they won't sell me that second pair for half price so I'm not buying sheets from them ever again because it states clearly on their website that they everyday is half a second pair half off and that's a lie!!

I ordered a size 10 shoe... I received a size 6. I called 3 times within the matter of 2 weeks and have yet to get any help. I asked for a refund since it’s taking too long and I was told a manager will call me. How long does it take to either give me the right shoe or a refund??!
Don’t waste your money
Ordered two pair of shoes and was told it would take upwards of 2 weeks to receive. I still have not received the shoes and nobody will email be back. I ordered two pair of shoes on sept 3rd and was told it would take at least two weeks to receive due to Covid. Two days later I got an email saying shoes had been delivered but they hadn't. I reached out to customer service and they said this error happens frequently. I was told to wait until sept 18th to see if they showed up. I had not received them and emailed customer service that day with no response. I email again today, no response. I tried calling their support number and it just repeatedly told me the line was busy and never actually rang. I will NEVER shop with this company again and suggest you look at the many other REPUTABLE shoe stores to spend your money.

It does take awhile to receive them in the mail, but this is no different from anything that I have ever ordered online from anywhere and chose the free shipping!

I was very worried about ordering from…
I was very worried about ordering from them, given all the bad reviews. But not only they are the only company who had the shoes I was looking for in stock (TEVA sandals for my son) but they also had them discounted. I thought to good to be true, but since payment was Paypal, I took the risk.
I am happy I did, both pairs arrived as expected, shipping was ok (not ultra quick but not slow), and it was a great transaction.
I can't say anything about customer service, but if you are just looking to order online and know what you want, don't hesitate this site is not a scam.
