I recently purchased a pair of Othofeet Mens Hands-Free Jupiter Brown Sandals and they are great, good fit and well made.

I would use Shoe Med again and also recommend the company to anyone as the shoes arrived on time and the tracking was seem less.

Thought this was coming by Royal Mail where I could collect from their main sorting office

I had to pay DPD £9.99 for my 'free postage' in order to prevent it going to a random neighbour

It is not made clear that the delivery service is a private courier company and NOT Royal Mail

Otherwise, the service and the shoes were fine, arrived when DPD said they would and in pristine condition

Edited to add DPD were going to deliver for free, but the issue was I was going to be out

To ensure a specific time slot, I 'VIP'd my DPD Delivery experience' to 'buy' a time slot when I was in

Otherwise, they would deliver to a whichever neighbour would open their door and leave me knocking round the neighbourhood for my parcel

My order was processed quickly. The shoe arrived in a timely fashion. The shoe looks good and is well made. I can't comment about the comfort of the shoe as I never took it out of the box. Unfortunately, I ordered a shoe which was far too large for me. I will be returning the product but I will reorder as and when my refund is made.

Staff were fantastic and very informative. The style I wanted wasn't available in my size but I was measured and item was sent to my address and arrived a couple of days later.

Staff were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I was not rushed & nothing was too much trouble.

As ever, Shoemed were amazing! I have awful, mis-shopped feet. I discovered Shoemed 2 years ago and my life has been transformed! No pain, I can walk!

Extremely thorough investigation, including reference to the notes on their system from previous visits, of what was required to suit my feet. A re-evaluation/re-measuring of my feet to find what changes had occurred since then. Friendly, helpful staff.

I have not ordered from this company before. They have a good selection of shoes for "difficult " feet. They fulfilled the order quickly and sent 48 hour tracked, it was a pity that royal mail did not manage to deliver until 5 days late.

I have a few very painful things going on with my feet, including fat ball astrophy. For a long time now I'm unable to stand for long and by the time it comes around to cook tea I'm in real trouble. Walking around doing housework is very painful too. I came across Womens Hands-Free Lorin Sapphire House Shoes on ShoeMed website and although expensive for me I thought I'd try them. Very apprehensive buying on line too, not being able to try them. Arrived this morning and I gingerly started slipping my foot into one of the House Shoes. All I can say is - wow!!! What a fabulous feel! The slipper shoe, as I call it, was so comfortable, yet with a good strong sole and support to cushion my feet when spending all those hours standing doing housework, cooking, etc. I put them on at midday. Stood preparing soup, cooking tea and vacuuming the home, and generally walking around. Took them off to go to bed. No having to rest in between chores, because my feet hurt too much and no terrible aching which I've been suffering with for months. Worth every penny to me! I would have liked to wear them when walking my dog, instead of having to use my scooter! And since reading the other great reviews I find the shop is at Stratford upon Avon and so I can visit in person and see what shoes they may have to help me actually walk with my dog. The Staff at Customer Service were very helpful too and replied to my email by return. To say I'm very happy with the house shoe is an understatement. Anyone who suffers with painful feet will understand why I'm so pleased to have actually found footwear that enables me to walk without awful aches and pain.

I thought these would be perfect for my husband! I still think they'd be good for smaller feet but unfortunately he could not get them on. The gap to slide feet in is way too small so not hands free or anything else.

The member of staff knew her stock and took care to bring me things that might suit the shape of my foot.
