I received my navy ankle boots from Marley today and I love them!! Fit perfectly and love the colour . After reading reviews I was apprehensive but I can honestly say they are perfect

Same experience as everyone else. I’ve been scammed. This company does not exist in UK their website is fraudulent.
The more the word spreads the quicker these people from China will run out of UK Customers. Why I didn’t read the reviews before ordering some sandals I have no idea. The quality was definitely not as described they were not leather nor orthopaedic but cheap, flimsy plastic with awful stitching. I didn’t even try them on when they finally arrived. The only option is to throw in the bin, I wouldn’t think they were worth £2 let alone £27 I paid for them, reduced from £50 something!
I will pursue this just because I cannot abide Scammers. Don’t get caught like all of us, DO NOT BUY.

Do NOT buy anything from this company.

It says UK owned and Trusted. Neither of these things is true.

Ordered these thinking they were a UK based company from their website stating exactly that along with the picture of the little old lady and her daughter! When I started chasing delivery it became evident they weren’t! Avoid at all costs. When the boots finally arrived one of the zips was broken and I couldn’t even try them on. Needless to say they weren’t interested in issuing a refund until I filled out a chargeback request with my credit card who agreed it’s a scam and agreed to refund me. Guess what they’ve allegedly issued a refund for the full amount today (after ignoring my request for one) and I can throw away the rubbish they’ve sent me. Don’t just accept it’s a scam, if you’ve paid by card then ring your credit card provider for advice.

They are NOT a UK family firm. There is nothing either UK or family about them.
The shoes were far too small when they arrived - at least 2 if not 3 sizes despite being labelled my normal size. Cheap looking with no box.
They took a couple of weeks and lots of chasing to reply to my return request, then gave an address in China! Nothing at all on their website made that clear otherwise I wouldn't have ordered.
They then ignored any request for a refund, simply responding with the exact same email with return shipping details, which referred to the shoes as a "device".
Steer well clear.

Dont use. Shoes are cheap plastic smelling and not orthopedic. Not even packaged in a box. Ignore my requests for a refund and pics online look nothing like shoes that arrived. Ive put a dispute in with my bank to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY.

Absolutely rubbish , orders a 6.5 more like a 4 And only take returns within 30 days . Bought as a Christmas present so bought early ,then there's charge for returns . Not with the hassle will give them away to someone with very small feet , maybe the Christmas elf .

Totally A scam website customer service doesn’t answer and the shoe sizes are not correct. Stay away you will be very disappointed

Absolutely disgraceful! Appear to be constructed with cheap lined cardboard, if you want a refund you need to send them to China! What a joke this bunch are, I took photos but sadly can’t see anywhere to add them here. Please do NOT order. Pictures bear absolutely no resemblance to the pieces of crap you will receive!

Absolute rubbish, sent wrong size, one pair not the correct order, quality terrible, can’t contact them page is blank, absolute con artists steer clear !!!!

I ordered boots and got sandals ! Not even the same type of footwear! I waited 3+ weeks! I should have read the reviews before I ordered, but it looks like an expensive lesson!

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, tried several attempts using different options to cancel my order which have all drawn a blank. How do they get away with saying they are a UK business when they are not. Now waiting for my order but already know they will be cheap shite from china

I would give zero score if I was able.
Appalling customer service, terrible quality product, poor delivery time and unable to return as they do not respond!
The website is deceptive as it states they are a UK company - so this is a lie and they should be reported and put out of business.
I have some terrible quality shoes, that I do not want, cannot wear as they don't fit and cannot send back as they will not respond .
Ordered on 13th November, delivered 28th November.

SCAM! Do not try to purchase anything from this site. It’s a scam and it’s an ai generated false website. I never received anything yet goods and haven’t ever got my money back!!

Omg I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing from this so-called UK company. Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, the most nasty, disgusting shoes I've ever seen. Even before I opened the horrible packaging I knew I'd been scamed, avoid at all costs, even having to give 1 star to write this is boiling my blood - going to now look at how I get a refund, avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!

The trainers are so cheap and nasty. Badly made rubbish. In no way orthopedic as the insoles are like standing on a rock. I woldnt give £1 for these. Sizes are also uncorrect.

Ordered shoes 37th October. Have received no goods. Think this is a scam.

I wouldn’t even given this company a one star. I emailed support regarding my transaction. I was charged for two pairs of shoes not one. The email bounced back immediately(having read other reviews, other people have had exactly the same issue) and that’s when alarm bells started ringing. I know now that the whole site, including the ‘trusted family’ picture is AI 😡 I could kick myself

Total scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Not family run. Return address for refund is in industrial district in China. Had same problems as already listed here. Shoes extremely poor quality. Emails kept bouncing. Did get 15% refund but now going to take advice below and ask for remaining amount to be transferred back by credit card company.
