Best customer service
I ordered 6 boxes and they came the very next day. I made a mistake with my delivery options and I was refunded within 10 minutes of contacting them via WhatsApp. Absolutely brilliant customer service and I'll be ordering more for sure.

Best sneaker crates money can buy
The 360° Acrylic Side View crates were exactly what i was looking for and they didn’t disappoint, they came very well packaged with every piece covered nicely preventing scratches. Very easy to assemble with the instructions given. My sneakers finally look great whilst living dust free! will definitely be ordering more for the sneakers yet to come.

Aside from being a brilliant product the customer service is second to none. I had an issue (my own fault) so I contacted them via WhatsApp and it was sorted immediately. The resolution was actually better than I anticipated! Good service sets online retailers apart and ShoeStack clearly subscribe to this philosophy!

Excellent customer service from Shoestack, came across an issue with the door frame and contacted Shoestack through Whatsapp, got a quick response and easy communication with a few messages, no need to call and follow a call tree with being on hold. Shoestack sent out a new door frame through the post and resolved my issue easily.
