Delivery very slow.
When the pan did arrived it was thrown over my
6 foot garden gate and was damaged
despite numerous messages I am still awaiting a response.
Terrible customer service.

I see so many negative reviews and don't know why. I ordered the 26cm frying pan with lid. I absolutely love it. I've cooked steak , omelette, stirfry , pan fried chicken and fried eggs non of which stick. I followed instructions before use. Also heat the oil to correct temperature before adding food and It hasn't stuck.It washes so easily too. I admit the lid rim did get some water round edge but not a big problem it was gone when used again. It certainly does not stop me giving it a fiver star review.

Waste of money. Customer service appalling. Stay well clear. Look at trust pilot reviews. Plus novara constantly delete my honest reviews and comments on Facebook. why? It’s a scam

The Novara is the best I've used. It is small, compact & so easy to use. It is very safe to use.
I had one query to ask &'was answered within hours, so very pleased with the customer service as well

Delivery was so slow but moving on from that the Frying pan is useless even using olive oil or ghee the eggs just stick it

Complete waste of my time and money!

I recently bought my second pan from Novara as I was very happy with the first pan I bought 6 months ago. The pan work well for me and I for that the non-stick properties improved with use. My 2 pans are now my goto pans and used almost daily. The base could be smoother as I have an induction hob and it has become slightly scratched. The order tracking is terrible - it shows out for delivery seemingly forever but both my pans arrived safely. I haven't had any reason to contact them other than placing my order so can't comment on that aspect.
I don't put the pans in the dishwasher but am happy to put up with that inconvenience

The plan is great cooks very well the only downside is it's a little heavy when lifting to pour the food out. Now considering getting the griddle pan.
No issue with customer service replied to all emails

The pans really do work and remain non stick. Use on a lower heat. Also great for meals with sauces.

Avoid this company at all costs, I have been trying to contact them for weeks to complain about the terrible frying pan I bought for £91 , it is absolutely terrible, and they won’t answer me after 6 emails, disgusting company stay away from them

Don't waste your money!
Poor customer service, wouldn't cancel the order when i contacted them even though it had not even left China, then had to wait a long time to receive it.
Would recommend buying the real Hexclad and not this cheap imitation.

Update on Novara scam
I received this email from Novara telling me they have confirmed refund but no refund please report to rogue traders
And don’t trust any good reviews

Delivery was spot on only waited 4 days, And well impressed with the packaging, Up till now the pan is everything you could ask for, The end of the day you get what you pay for... Happy bunny.

Online Scamming Company ,Selling cheap quality & fake Pans & Kitchen stuff to British People with no return
Options ,if you want to return or cancel your order for a refund for anyreason(s), Novara will never Accept it, instead they will drag this matter for some time & offer you 20% discount just to waste your time & at the end they will ask you to return the item somewhere in US which is impossible for you because that costs you more than the actual item price but I will legally fight this with them,because they pretend they are UK based company and on their website they claim that returns are possible within 60 days if change mind without opening the original packaging and if the item is unused.
Everyone who have been victim of their mis leading advertisement on the website please contact UK trading standards & Action Fruad UK as soon as possible and let other people know about this fraud company as well.

Update
I reported and asked my credit card company to reclaim my £72 from Novara
Which i followed a process of reclaim money i had to provide all the emails with Novara since day 1 till last email to return the pan ,here's a technical thing,Novara emaild me a USA's home address to return the pan which I believe is a fake return address(Checked Google maps),they're
a group of scamers sitting somewhere in Pakistan or India ,selling £2,£3 or maximum £5 worth of pans for £72 .
I am lucky I got a refund from my credit card company.

This is a scam - plain and simple. I just hope that others check them out before purchasing. Their product has absolutely no non-stick properties and everything I've cooked has been a disaster. They are also impossible to clean back to a suitable condition. The customer returns policy is a joke - customer pays shipping back to China and if it's been used they won't accept it. I've also reported them for fraudulent practices to Meta as the reviews are all fake and the product does not work as advertised.

I’ve been using this pan for a while now and it works exactly as expected. It heats evenly, feels solid, and is very easy to cook with. Food doesn’t stick, cleaning is quick, and it feels like a good quality pan overall.

Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable everyday pan.

BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

These pans are even worse than the old ones I had. You're lured in with the story that they have the same technology as HexClad, but not with the price, which—according to them—is driven up by top chef Gordon Ramsay's promotion. No anti-stick performance. Everything sticks. At least without using oil or butter. I usually check my purchases through reviews, but not this time. I'll advise people in the Netherlands not to buy these pans either!

The delivery took a long time to arrive.
The frying pans are not non-stick. They are worse than what they were replacing. I followed all the instructions to the letter regarding seasoning.... everything sticks!!! Gave it the benefit of the doubt as instructions said the longer used the more non-stick they'll become. 3 months in and they are still useless. I would not buy again, I would not recommend buying. I would actively advocate for NOT PURCHASING these frying pans

Poor quality from delivery from China after 15 days. No customer service..AVOID..SCAM..ALETRED UK TRADE AGENCIES AND ALSO POLICE COMPLAINT. BANK INVOLVED FOR REFUND.STILL NO SUCCESS

I've slowly realised I've been had, it never arrived and no reply from customer services. In future I'll read the reviews first. Buyer beware....
