I’m only putting ONE star so I can write this review.
Do NOT, I repeat NOT buy from this company. I ordered from one of their representatives Jaqueline Laura Seed for over £100. When I chased my order and challenged her she then blocked me. I’ve contacted FM works directly and horrifying to discover they have had ongoing complaints about this person but can’t do anything as she is self employed. I’ve gone through CAB and requested a copy of there terms and conditions to see if they are liable and they have NOT bothered to respond. I’m talking £100 which quite frankly is a lot of money. Absolutely disgusting service from everyone- steer clear at all costs

Terrible company,one representative who works for FM would kept messaging me asking me to lend her money so I blocked her on Facebook who is an alcoholic who kept asking me to video call her and another representative kept messaging me trying to get me to buy expensive products from her and about their raffle draws so I blocked her messenger because I was fed up with all the messages trying to get money out of me being pushy and she got funny with me and blocked me on Facebook all because I blocked her messenger and she couldn't get money out of me to buy expensive products,all they care about is trying to scam money out of people ,it's all about money and preying on vulnerable people,they are a bunch of scammers and I'm not giving my address out to a stranger trying to scam money out of me and giving them my back details.

I oredered 2 bottles of pure royal . But one get one free . Cost me 34 pounds . Only one bottle came . I was told there was an hitch with the order and as a goodwill gesture they would give me a ten pounds voucher . Unbelievable. So I then asked to return it and was told no but I could have a cheaper bottle . I would love to try speak to someone . I will never order again

The company can improve by listening to the young people trying to sell their products, as they are the front line who get complaints for the company cock ups or being greedy.
be more like Richard Branson, treat your employees right and your business will run itself.
I was given a discount as a valued buyer... buy one at 25, get one for 10... it turns out they are not allowing the one one at 10....so that is my last purchase and I will never encourage people to buy fm, and I will tell people how bad the company is... after all word of mouth is priceless...

Appalling company,,, you should be ashamed

I used to be a rep and always rated these perfumes. I know my perfumes. However after a long spell of not buying any I've just spent a small fortune on a number of different ones and have to say they have definitely changed. They are not as strong and the odour is so weak it disappears almost instantly. I guess with the cost of living crisis FM too may have tried to cut back on costs. I won't be buying again.

I don't care about the business model or anything of the sort, even if it was illegal, which it isn't, by the way, but what I do care about is the fragrances, and let me tell you something, they smell decent and similar to original products, but the performance in terms of duration and the sillage of them is just terrible, its like you spray it in your skin and it immediately evaporates... Terrible, just seems like a cheap counterfeit dodgy scam. Trust me, they are cheap for a reason, FAKE.

Continually get bombarded by unsolicited Facebook messages from strangers to buy their fake perfume or work in their “team” -if it’s that good why are the reps desperate to recruit strangers (and why don’t reputable stores stock it) ?? There is a reason - reported to FB and I believe they are taking action to stop this . MLM should be against the law in same way as pyramid selling is

What a load of rubbish!
False claims aboutweight loss and as for the scents ( couldn't possibly refer to them a perfume) they are cheap chemical smells. For goodness sakes just save your money until you can afford a proper perfume, even if it is a smaller amount for your money

I can't believe that I wait so long to join the cost of the products are amazing too love people lots of help ro get u going loving the free products too it an amazing company too work for I wouldn't want too go any were else x

I ordered and paid for 2 bottles of perfume on the 6th of June off 1 of your agents and am still awaiting for delivery on the 29th July has numerous excuses and promises of delivery only to be let down again and again. Will never order from this company again as I actually phoned the company to which I got that it is nothing to do with them as the agents are self employed not a very good reputation for this company when they don’t want to help a disgruntled customer to solving this problem

Such a pity that people from other companies are allowed to defame and lie about someone else's.
On a positive note I was a customer of FM perfumes and their makeup for many years before becoming a seller.
The quality is exceptional, longevity is as good as the expensive brands and I save money too, what's not to love.
Those who speak about it being a pyramid scheme, clearly have very little or no understanding of what a pyramid scheme is or rather WAS (before they were made ILLEGAL!) So if any of those would like me to explain I will.
However as only a tiny majority of people are so ignorant of this, I won't do so today.
As for people being wary of MLM companies, it stands for Multi Level Marketing, it exists in one form or another in every single business on the planet, from Selfridge's to Avon, the only difference with some companies is that they trade solely through word of mouth, representatives and advertising rather than owning a bricks and mortar business.
So back to the products themselves, I would say try them! You really don't know what you're missing or how much you could be saving.

Firstly, of course it’s pyramid scheme-esque. Do you know how many of these you’d have to sell to make decent money. It’s only the team leaders and people above them that make money and you should realise that just by looking at the model. You’d need to sell hundreds of these a month to make it worthwhile, they just don’t openly tell you that.

My issue is it appears to me they have begun diluting the strength of their products which it not does openly say anywhere on their site is the case. I’ve always got them on/off and they mostly smell bang on and lasted for days. Came out of the wash smelling of the fragrance still! The one I received recently which I had gotten many times before smelt nowhere near as strong as it used to, smells watery to be honest.

I suspect this is as the market has become saturated with these ‘alternative’ fragrance companies in the last few years and I would assume it has hit their profit margins which of course gets passed on to the consumers through whatever means they’re able to pass it on by.

Not only is the fragrance weaker but it cost £6 more than it did a year or so ago.

I won’t be purchasing from them again nor any of these ‘alternative’ fragrance companies and my advice to you would be, find a decent fragrance in the £40 - £60 range you can get from the mainstream retailers as there are so many nice ones out there for that price!

Firstly I'd like to make it clear I'm posting this review as a consumer only. I note a lot of the negativity about this company is surrounding the business model.

The fragrances are hit and miss with how close they resemble the originals. That said all the ones I have tried have a gorgeous scent and seem to last 6hrs plus. Definitely worth the money I'd say.

I tried 3 different perfumes and my husband 2 aftershaves and not one smelled alike to the fragrances they were being sold as. They are strong and lasted approx 4 hours but every one of the perfumes jyst smelled like a mixture of old floral scents like from air fresheners from years ago I would not reccomend whatsoever save your hard earned cash because you won't be saving any money on what are supposedly fragrances from top brands but without the price tags. I ended up giving away all the fragrances I bought to charity shops

**UPDATE**. After 6 weeks of waiting and asking over 9 times on text messages where the order is, the order has finally been delivered! I wonder if it would have ever come and whether my persistence paid off?? I will not be putting my trust in this company and any of the reps again! What a scam. I ordered 2 perfumes on the 29th March 2023 from a Rep on Facebook, it's the 29th April and I've still not received them, having paid upfront! I have contacted the Rep, J. L. S. 9 times to date to see where my order is. I just keep getting "tomorrow" or "its on its way" .
I have emailed FM World, they say "my" order number has gone to a different address to mine, but I can order direct!
Not sure if FM World is a con or the person selling via Facebook, but something is not adding up!
I just wish I had read all these negative reviews before I parted with my hard earned money to ultimately benefit a scammer on Facebook!!

Sharnna Warren is a rep for them in the UK. She is rude and scams people out of their money. I’d avoid her and probably the company as well at all costs!

When I came across this perfume company I researched it and was convinced it was a good thing. I brought 2 perfumes and at first they were great so brought 2 more . After a week the first one lost its smell and was quickly followed by a second , within a month all 4 have lost there scent.. I thought it was too good to be true and sadly it is.. don’t be coned like me..

Great products but dodgy. Ordered over £100 worth of fragrances from October, which I’m still waiting for now. Seller blames Royal Mail strikes and FM are ignoring my emails, but apparently won’t intervene anyway as the seller works via some kinda pyramid scheme! I’ve since started looking for other companies selling similar products, as I’m now out of pocket and had to buy Christmas/birthday presents elsewhere, due to my orders not having arrived.
