I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter’s birthday present. A month later it still hasn’t been dispatched...just sitting order confirmed! No reply from customer services $55 complete joke! Appalled...avoid this website

So i was so desperate to get these that i had to pay a external company in the USA to order them for me and later ship them to me. But Ari's team canceled them because:"we blacklisted some addresses"
Ugh OMG i hate the webshop also shipping to Europe is like 40 Euro NAHHH like get a UK warehouse Ari

no happy !! my previous reviews is me explains the awful customer service of actually getting the item and being able to contact them! i finally got it and retuned it! it’s been over a month and still don’t have a refund! emailed them multiple times but nothing ! absolute joke

The service on this website is a bit mixed. My mom ordered the Sweetener peach vinyl back in November of 2019. It only had shipped about a week after they said they would ship (December 12 I believe, so it shipped around the 19th. Still arrived around Christmas so I'm not complaining) I also ordered a Don't Call Me Angel CD which took a very long time to arrive (although it had said 14-16 weeks until shipping, so that's valid.) Overall, Ariana's merch team is very responsive and doesn't take a long time at all to respond. Great team compared to other stores!

Amazing service!!! My poster came within a week, they kept me updated on tracking info and delivery time. Shipping is a bit pricy, but the quality is amazing as well.

i recently ordered the purple break up with your girlfriend crewneck, within 2 days of ordering it had shipped!! it only took 2 weeks to get to me. super happy with my experience the only bad thing is that my crewneck has quite a few threads on it! other than that this has been my best experience ordering from her site

i ordered the black giaw crewneck with the word sweetener written across it. I really enjoyed my experience with her shop and will definitely shop there again. My order came in less than two week, the quality when you put it on feels amazing and it’s very cute. I have yet to wash it since i got it today but i’ll update about pilling when i wash it

i ordered the giaw crew and the ntltc crew on oct 19. Shipping is horribly expensive, but within 3 days my order had been shipped and had arrived in my country. i see that most of the reviews here are about the signed litho. Ariana and the merch team spoke out about this in january. they only made 10.000 so the ppl that didn't recieve theirs, will mostlikely get a refund. the material quality is great but when u order something with big pictures on it, there will be pilling after a short amount of washes.

Placed my order well over 7 weeks now, to now receive a note from Royal Mail saying there’s a £20 customs fee to pay. So on top of the extortionate price already paid for the top, another £20 is really unacceptable. Emailed the merch team a few times to be told basically it’s tough luck and to either pay it or send it back for a refund. They were totally not interested whatsoever. This top was bought by my daughter who is on minimum wage and can not afford to buy this crap but she loves AG and was desperate for it. I’d avoid buying anything from her merchandise sites as there’s nothing to say you have to pay customs fees.

I ordered 2 jumpers.
Both arrived after 6 weeks in Austria.
The shipping costs were very high plus I had to pay custom extra.
The Jumpers look completly different than the pictures online.
The quality and color is awful.
Didnt try them on, just shipped them back.

I had an amazing experience!

After reading all of the poor reviews, I got very nervous because I had spent over $200. My shipment actually came in faster than expected! The shipping was also very cheap! All of the items that I purchased arrived in perfect condition too. The quality is very good on all of my items. I would definitely recommend this to others.

*also, if you do not think you are receiving update emails, always check your " junk" folder on your email app. That is where I found most of my emails about my order.*

Ordered a Boyfriend + Trading Card bundle on August 7th. After hearing nothing back for weeks, not even a confirmation email, I contacted customer support and spoke to them. The order I placed will arrive next year in f__king January. I'm appalled by this company, how the f__k does it take 6 months to ship a CD and trading card. Ridiculous. Don't buy anything from this store. Shipping costed £20 too. Absolute pisstake.

Even one star is not deserved, but the system forced me to give them a star!! Terrible experience. Worst online store ever and bad customer support. Order placed 3 month ago and not delivered and no updates on tracking or shipping.. They have an automated response with preset answers and no proper follow-up

So i was about to order the limited edition Boyfriend Vinyl from 8€
Not only is the expected shipping date in November ( sweetie its august ) but the shipping is 40€ i swear omggg so expensive and low quality shop, ari queen search a new merch team

with the rest of my orders, its fine but it taskes at least 2 to 5 months to ship a simple crew neck

I ordered a signed poster in July 2018. Two thousand and EIGHTEEN. Today, 11 months later, they’ve finally confessed that they won’t be able to deliver. Although they gave me a refund and a discount code, my money will never be going to them again. They told me the exact same excuse for 11 months. Horrible service. Save yourself the disappointment. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I'm disappointed I didn't do my research before I ordered my merchandise from "official" Ariana Grande Store. I ordered a crew neck sweatshirt on Feb 12 2019. STILL NO ORDER. I've inquired numerous times since the website disclosed it would take 4-6 days to ship out. I was told each time that there were production delays, the order would be processed in a week or two, etc. NONSENSE. I'm appalled and outraged that this company is even still in business. I asked for a phone number to call and speak to someone about the delay and I was ignored twice. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen and experienced. I'm going to cancel my order right now after reading all these reviews. but who knows if they will ever refund me.
If I could give 0 stars, I would.
NEVER ORDER FROM UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP OFFICIAL STORES. THE WORST EVER. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT CARE.
