Excellent service from Black Cat . I ordered two Dell Laptop batteries form them in the last month and both arrived the next day with plenty of packaging . They also gave first rate help and advice on installation . Highly recommended .

Quick delivery, great service all round.
Very quick service, battery delivered by 08:30 the next working day. A genuine Dell battery at a price that was cheaper than buying directly from Dell. Also their website had useful tips regarding changing the laptop battery. I would definitely use Black Cat PC again.

Helped to confirm which battery was required for my Dell XPS 15 7590. Also provided detail instruction on how to install the new battery. When I ordered it was delivered very quickly.

Absolutely brilliant! First Class Service!
Absolutely brilliant! My laptop is pretty old and I got a message saying the battery was critical. I used the online chat to ask which battery to buy and despite it being Sunday I got a response fairly quickly. A genuine Dell product and exactly the right one at a good price, delivered quickly and packed very well. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Excellent provider of power supply unit for my Dell PC which had a serious power issue. The cost was very reasonable and packaging was excellent - and dispatch very rapid. Black Cat PC is a highly recommended supplier of essential Dell PC items.
