Great product, but misleadingly unaffordable
The product is great, no denying that. However, because the water quality in our area is so poor - the cartridges don't last very long at all, up t0 8 days tops. I mistakenly thought the '30 day guarantee' on the website meant the filter laster >30 days, however this is not the case and was actually to do with their returns policy. So, though I love the filter and trust the brand, the filter isn't really affordable for me, unfortunately. Other than the fact this wasn't clear from their site - I can't fault the quality of the product, it is very good.

Loved it until I now - new filter required
Loved it until I now have to change the filter on the smallest jug after TWO weeks!
This seems crazy as we are a two person household and use the water for kettles, bottles and drinking out of glasses

Short-lived filters
I received the 1.7L jug and 2 filters as a Christmas present and was very pleased to see that the water was so much cleaner. I live in a hard water area. Like some of the reviews I have read, the water had a nasty fishy smell after barely 2 weeks so it is going to be costly to use going forward. Landfill obviously an issue too.
