When I used the Amla podwer mask on my hair, I noticed that it was a lot softer. I have black natural hair and I usually condition after I use the mask, and my hair feels amazing! It even defined some of my lazy curls. I would also massage the mask into my scalp and I noticed after a few treatments that my hair was growing a lot quicker than before. I am very pleased with my results and will order more Amla powder when I run out!

The products are fairly priced. I've purchased in the past and I like the products. My shopping experience has been pleasant. I recently purchased items 3-4days ago and I have not received my items as yet. Usually, the shipping is expeditious, this time its not or I would have given 4 stars.. I can't say that I notice any hair growth in my troubling areas but I'm using the products mostly for dry hsir but was hoping it would help with hair growth particularly alopecia. The products has not helped with that as yet. But I'm hopeful.

Order processing did not happen until I emailed. They said not all my ordered items were available and never received a refund. Will not recommend or shop again. Worst service.

To be honest. My experience with Khanapakana was great. No complaints. I got everything I ordered for a reasonable price in a very timely manner. Would recommend and will definitely be shopping here again for my hair care products. Thank you so much!!!

I have ordered Almond rose soap. They have took the order and after a week they emailed me saying we are sorry that the product is unavailable and will refund my money back. You guys should not process the order if it is not available. i have waited for 14 days for my refund but still I did not get my money back. i have emailed them and they confirmed that the refund is not still processed and will process soon. This is a fraud company don't buy anything from them

First I got a mail saying few items are unavailable and they will refund. When I received the packet more items than told we're missing. I called to inform, the associate said he need to check with the wearhouse if I am telling the truth. Then he called back saying I was right, and the wearhouse did not have the items. This is the second time ordered thinking just to give another chance, but both times half of the items were not shipped or available. Will not order again.

Worst delivery system when you are in a hurry or atleast you want products in one week. I ordered goods worth 80$ and my shipment is not delivered. The FedEx says that the investigation may take 3 days more and if the package is lost, I need to order goods after that which will take 1 week again, and god knows whether that one will be delivered as Khanapakana is not taking any responsibility about the shipment. Worst experience as I needed them urgently.

I am sad to say that despite the great products -- such as organic poha, fabulous organic assam tea, and organic split yellow moong dal -- I will never purchase another product from Khanapakana due to the dishonesty of their service department. I purchased 2 kilos of organic split yellow moong dal, and was sent green moong. As I had previously received the proper product from them (as ordered), I called their customer service only to be told that, "These are the same product. If you don't want them you can send them back for a refund." The postage to send them back would be nearly the same price as the product. Since they sell BOTH yellow and green on their site, this is clearly not true! Shame on you Khanapakana for dishonest practices! I even told the customer representative that due to this, he would be losing a good customer... and he stuck to his story, "These are exactly the same." Yes, Khanapakana, if they are the same, why do you sell both?

The products I received were exactly what I needed to go on a healthy hair journey. My products came in a timely manner and the quality of the products were excellent. The price point was very feasible and I haven't repurchased because I still have a lot of product left! I love this company

Good prices, good selection, good shipping rates, and they ship to anywhere in America. Plus fast service. I just bought from their great selection of South Asian spicy oil based pickles (achar). If you don't have a handy South Asian grocer nearby to satisfy your needs, these folks are better than Amazon--which for at least America has a limited selection of South Asian foods and spices--and can be quite costly and slow. I saved quite a bit and could buy what I couldn't from Amazon from Khanapakana - and they were fast.
