I give this company a one star . They actually deserve a zero, if I could I would give them a zero. No Option for that.I have been trying to log on to the website for now a month and a half. The website has been down for over a month. When I called the number to speak to the general manager Sam who is in charge the employee refuses to put him on the phone. So I asked him , if he could have him call me back. The Employee says yeah , I’ll have him call you back, but he never does. I have called the direct number over 50 times this past month and have never gotten a call back from him. I told employee also that the website is down and he keeps telling me to check it tomorrow it should be up. However, the website is never up and he keeps telling me the same thing every day when I call him. I have tried going onto the website over 50 times. The website is completely down and still not up. So I called and asked To speak to the manager Sam so I can place a order. However, when I call the employee keeps telling me that he will call me back and he never does. Seriously

The product arrived as promised. I tried Vatika products before. There product are excellent.

after being advised in advance of possible customs issues and given the choice to withdraw the order. i chose to proceed and the good were delivered in perfect condition and in a timely fashion. i will use these guys again for sure

Very satisfied with their service. Ordering, packaging and delivery were fine. I even got an USPS alert hen the item was delivered - even though I had not asked for tracking. Good job KP! Will shop with you again!

I ordered hot mix. They sent me an invoice confirming the order. Then nothing. No shipping confirmation, nothing. 11 days later I contacted them. First they said they'd check with the warehouse. Then they said there was a glitch in the system. Then they said I hadn't paid shipping. I said, the website hadn't asked for shipping, and also, they'd confirmed the order (without a shipping charge)!
My question is this, if I hadn't contacted them, would they have just kept the money? They said if the order doesn't go through, you get an "automatic" refund. But in 11 days I got no "automatic" refund, I got no email saying I needed to pay shipping, I got no communication from them at all.
I did eventually get a refund, but I certainly wouldn't risk ordering from them again

I ordered some chutney and needed expedited delivery. Their customer service was responsive and helped get the product to me in time.

Gave us smelly food and they are denying for refund. Someone wrote that they replace real item from branded packet and put theirs. Over emails goys were talking so nonsense.

Please compare their prices with other online stores. Filthy people

Despite living in a large city, Boston, my husband had a hard time finding his favorite vindaloo paste in shops. I was able to find it on large online sites, but only at expensive prices. This site had his paste at a reasonable price and I was able to find tea, bisquits and other items I like. It was even a novelty to receive it all in a well packed box rather than one that was too big and let the items bounce aropund in shipping. We will be shopping with them again.

We've just received our first order and it was great. There was an item that wasn't in stock after I placed my order, so they called on the phone to make sure that their recommended substitution was acceptable (it was). They shipped the order promptly and everything was really well packed. We got a bunch of chutneys in glass jars and they were very carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. They exceeded our expectations in every way.

Please be aware that their food essences are always made with Artificial flavors plus any brand that you order will be replaced with their own brand.

Got my package, good job

Pulled a bait and switch. I ordered soap, ended up getting not the full quantity and a different size. PayPal's resolution was for me to pay 90% of the original price for about 35% of the original soap I ordered. Very unhappy with these scammers.

All our regional stores were out of Wagh Bakri Masala Tea so I became worried of not having any in my future. I took a chance on line with KhanaPakana and ordered 3 of them at a reasonable price. They arrived shortly and I was overjoyed. My gamble turned into trust. Thanks to KhanaPakana

I bought one thing and they send something else and I had to run behind to get my money back.

I ordered a couple of items like maggi sauce, pickle and cheese as I had never used this site before. The reviews were not great so I was apprehensive. But my order arrived neatly packed in about a week. Their prices are what you would pay at Patel brothers.
