Ci dispiace leggere la sua recensione e sapere che il profumo non abbia soddisfatto le sue aspettative.
Come le abbiamo già comunicato privatamente, il suo ordine rientrava ancora nei 14 giorni previsti per il diritto di recesso e ci siamo resi immediatamente disponibili ad accettare il reso con relativo rimborso, proprio perché la soddisfazione dei nostri clienti è per noi una priorità.
Sappiamo che la percezione di una fragranza è estremamente soggettiva e può variare da persona a persona. Ci dispiace non aver avuto la possibilità di trovare insieme una soluzione.
Rimaniamo comunque a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza futura e le auguriamo una buona giornata.
