Great Product. Just annoying to have to wait till the next day to be sent a link to download your purchased product. And if you purchase 2 sets of 3 months after each other = 6 months. It would be great to be offered a discount on a further 6 month contract. Besides this, the product is great.

This is based on the fact that I have still not receive my R19 upgrade and had been given no explanation until I contacted Maxon myself. Surely if there is a problem with the database for generating R19 serial numbers it would have been polite to let their customers know.

Spent £,1000 on upgrade and two weeks later still no upgrade. I contacted them and they seemed very laid back and took no steps to rectify the situation. Won't shop there again.

The price of their main products is way over the top of what we’d expect. If they reduced the price they’d likely find less people using cracked copies of it and more people spending money with them. But they are stubborn and fail to see this simple business sense. If they carry on the way they are they won't last much longer as it will become unsustainable. It's sad really.

Very good however it would be good if Maxon offer a monthly subscription
for software similar to Adobe, as large one off payouts can be harder for small freelance studios. I would be happy to pay a reasonable monthly price indefinitely.

Usually when I pay for a digital download I expect the link straight away, not three days later. Also didn't receive the payment receipt until some hours after the transaction, which had me quite worried as it was quite a bit of money.

Streamlined and simple and fast. You can download a copy of Cinema 4D instantly. The customer service is great over the phone and the company itself is renowned for personal troubleshooting.

There is no need for manually activated downloads these days, especially with such expensive software. Frustrating to have to wait if ordering while Maxon is closed. Different emails with separate temporary and final serial numbers delivered over a period are also an inconvenience for legit customers.

Overall, the ordering & delivery of Cinema4d leave much to be desired, and should be much more customer focussed.

had to make a follow up telephone call asking for my "permanent serial code". They apologised, but after buying the product online, I'd expect a more efficient method perhaps?

all very straightforward buying cinema4d through the website, although would have been nice to have the product straight away after spending so much money on it! realistically only had to wait overnight for the links and serial numbers to come through, so ok really.
