Very helpful customer services

The whole process takes far too long. I had to wait till the following day to get my DL link and temporary serial No.

Simple setup, everything that I require sent to my email. No issues at all

Having been a Cinema 4D user for over 20 years (since SE5) I would have no hesitation in recommending Maxon. They always support their customers and offer tremendous service, in addition to offering a first class, 3D application.

nothing to review, really - does exactly "what it says on the package": gives me a no-problem download link, and the disc version arrives a few days later

It took longer than 24 hours to receive log-in / licence details which is pretty slow these days when most software you are sent licence details as soon as the payment is received at the opposite end. Its needs to be more automated than relying on human intervention.

This aside the service I did receive from staff was exceptional.

Love Cinema 4D and very happy with purchase, amazing product, and thrilled to get it at 30% discount, but surprised that for such a high end product the licensing is a manual process, waiting for a licence number to be emailed to me (after having to chase it twice). This is the 21st century and I expect to be able to use a product as soon as I have purchased it.

Purchased Cinema 4D r17 Upgrade, and received the box the next day. The delivery was free, and fast. The box contains a installation manual, Key commands card, and DVD in case.

Getting the box however does not mean your good to go, as the box contains no serial. You will received the serial via email, but can be delayed a day or so if a sale is on, as in my case, no big problem. The first serial you get is a temporary serial which last a limited time. You must register your product which gives you a permanent serial. Ringing customer services was friendly, and helpful. Maxon makes a quality product, its easy to order from their shop, and receive it in good time.

In the past they have always been excellent, but this time very poor. Purchased a full copy of Cinema 4D R17, firstly not next day delivery, secondly online tracking was not updated and no idea it had even been shipped.
The worst part was that it came with no paper work or temp serial number to install the product, I had to contact them and then still wait just for a temp serial number. 3 days after receiving the product before I could even install. No apology, just here it is.
I have been using Cinema since R10 and had amazing customer service back then, even being called to see if there was anything they could do to help. What went so horribly wrong?

Really easy to order via the online store, and very promptly delivered. It took a while for me to receive my licence, due the a large number of orders Maxon had. When I called the staff about it they were very helpful and apologetic for the delay. It surprised me that there was a process to relieve the licence key as I would expect this to just be automated.

Very fast delivery. Registration details were missing though and had to chase these so couldn't use product straight away which was frustrating

Phoned up to order Cinema 4D R17 Prime and had good clear answers to questions over the phone.
When package arrived I was missing my serial number, but one quick phone call and that was sent without delay.
Recommended.

Been putting this off for some time, as I have a large investment in Release 13 models. However, Release 17 installed smoothly, and my models work fine. Now will have to invest more time to learn the new features.

Wish I had discovered Maxon's C4D much earlier.
Wish a day on planet Earth was longer than 24 hours, so I could master the program much faster.

The customer service (especially Elly) I got when I bought this software was incredible. I couldn't be happier with the product, and the shopping experience. Not a huge reviewer but this was worth mentioning as it was noticeably better than most other online transactions I've made recently.

Ive made a few purchases through Maxon, initial software, then software upgrades and updates, and even tickets. Each time the communications and end result are just how I would expect from this amazing software company. I'm very happy and recommend them completely
