App is difficult to use
App is difficult to use. When I’m brushing my top right the app shows top left and although I’ve not brushed top left at all it shows as brushing there is complete. Then at the end of brushing it tells me I’ve not brushed my top right teeth enough. I’m so busy trying to get the app to recognise the actual areas I’m brushing that it’s difficult to concentrate on getting the pressure right. Most brushing sessions are nearly 4 minutes long by the time I’ve covered all areas in my mouth. After a week of brushing I don’t feel that my mouth is any better than my old brush. There are a number of brushing modes but no explanation of what they actually do.

Rubish customers service just ordered and realized small mistake on delivery address. There was no option to correction. I waste £130. I'm very upset.

Still waiting on my order being…
Still waiting on my order being delivered almost 2weeks later. The website won’t let me track my order and I also can’t send an email and have to phone. Phone lines are only open 9-5pm which makes it impossible to call as these are my working hours.

Easy to make my order. Delivery was prompt. Brush easy to use and is already making a difference - the lights to show correct pressure of use are very helpful .
