I ordered a Core One Plus kit with a few other items based on a lot of reviews and experience with three non Prusa printers. The kit was a bit challenging in certain areas (likely fatigue and late... See more

Unmatched reliability, reliability and upgradeability
I’m happy that there is leading 3D printing company located in EU. I use several prusa printers over last 6 years and was always satisfied with support, upgradability and product design.
Even if price is sometimes higher that with competitive companies, I know that I’m paying for the reliability, reliability and upgradeability. No other company can offer this combination.
A nice and easy to use web shop😊

It's my fourth Prusa, still love 'em.
It's my fourth Prusa, this time a Core One L. The unboxing experience and first steps are second to none in the market. Quality speaks for itself. The only thing that needs improvement is the availability and shipping time of some products.

The delivery was 2-3 hours late than first schedule, but the delivery man was very helpful. The 3D printer works super and be very satisfied. The quality is good.
way too long to get what I ordered
Prusa did not support me with my XL-5 issues
I pre-ordered an XL-5 and waited in excess of 1.5 yrs for it. I had concerns before I even powered it up. In particular, I felt it took excessive force to bend the attachment arms to the heat bed. Prusa support brushed off my concerns. After a few hours of printing, a tool head fell off and ruined the build plate. Prusa support told me it was due to my PTFE tubes “not being perfectly vertical” except mine looked just like those in Prusa’s photos of the XL. I subsequently experienced all sorts of issues. I was unable to produce a good first layer, layer height inconsistencies, more tool head disconnects and destroyed build plates, etc. Then one day, the heat bed drove past the z-axis support, breaking them. Prusa referred me to Printed Solid who agreed to a return and inspection/repair. They sent me a carton and mailing label but when I took it to the post office, it was rejected for exceeding the weight limit and I learned Printed Solid knew this would probably happen ! I informed Printed Solid and they said they would contact Prusa and get back to me. I never heard from them and the printer is still sitting in the carton. I wrote a letter to Joe Prusa documenting my experience. No reply. I am well aware I may be at fault but Prusa has an ethical obligation to help sort this printer, especially considering its $5000+ price tag. Draw your own conclusions.
Best printer company ever
The printers are high-quality and customer support helps you a lot if you have questions/problems. I have had my Prusa i3 for a long time, and I recently upgraded it to the mk4s, which was a breeze, and customer support helped me when one if the motors burned out.
Crashes, layers adhesion
Changing filament has resulted in inconsistent layer adhesion, leading to repeated print failures despite trying multiple solutions suggested online.
The printer has crashed more than four times mid-print, causing wasted material and significant time loss.
Since the enclosure is not active, printing ABS is unreliable. Once the print height reaches around 50–60 mm, noticeable warping begins, eventually leading to failure.

Delivery took way too long
Delivery took way too long. 12 days is too much wait time for consumable items that you should have in stock.

kit quality
The quality of the prepared pieces is remarquable. All the holes where precisely in place allowing the screws to be put flawlessly.
No bug.
Never Prusa
Never Prusa!
INDX system before it was released was advertised with a cheap price tag. $200$300 for the main print head and $70 or something in that range for every additional print head. But since Prusa got their dirty hans on it the price had skyrocketed.
Never will I buy from Prusa! Never!
Clear example of corporate greed.
