It was quick and easy purchase. I am amazed that Prusa was supporting older devices. Got the item right on time and the support I got from the chat was exceptional. Bit of waiting for support, but was worth it to get from an actual human, not an AI bot.

My latest purchase (Mk4) is my second Prusa printer. November 2017 I purchased a Mk3 kit.
The only negative from my purchase experience had been Fedex. I've had many, many issues over the years with Fedex and this time, no exception.
Customer Support (Vitaliia) stuck with me through the entire nightmare. Jo, Vitaliia is vital need as she was patient and professional and kept me informed all the way through to the end of this nightmare.
Vitaliia is part of what makes up Prusa's goodwill.
