Returns Are Impossible
I'd ordered one pair of shoes, it took a while to arrive but it did arrived. I tried the shoes out and I had problems with the fit and the quality wasn't great either, so I requested a return.
According to their shop's return policy, they first need to approve of the return and will provide a return address afterwards. I shopped at another webshop in the past before with a similar return policy and that went well, so I didn't expected any problems with this type of return policy.
I tried contacting them multiple times through emails, shop live chat and Instagram but I have never gotten a reply. I had to go to Paypal to try and solve my problem, either to get a return address or a refund.
In short, customer service never replies and returns are impossible without the return address.
