I’ve read some poor reviews about Dig so was slightly wary. However, they have been superb. I ordered Robert Plant Saving Grace on preorder to get a presale code for his concerts. Code arrived as prom... See more

So Dig! is still living up to its "worst vinyl retailer" award. Ordered 2 records on 30th December, which were (allegedly) in stock on that date. Still showing as "packing" on January 17th. So I... See more

Rubbish - Pre orders dont arrive. Order numbers dont exist on their system but they take your money
Rubbish - disappointing let down.
Pre-ordered some items - pre-orders you expect to get delievered on the day of release. I can now buy these items at the local supermarket. My items havent even been despatched - no email to say despatched. I have an email confirming my order. When I track it, it says there is no such order number - there is, as they have used it to take my money. You email for updates and get nothing.
Ive gone to Tesco and bought the items, and tried to cancel the payment and I cant. Useless. Virtually a scam - take money - dont send when they say they will - cant contact them - dont get your product -cant cancel - no response - tell you your order number is invalid - tells me my email address hasnt bought anything but they sent the order confirmation to taht email - well it was valid enough to take over £100 from my bank. Apalling.
If anyone has the decency to respond - I will pass my order number
Outstanding Customer Service
After having a false start over an order which had to be escalated to management , I not only received my order today but also had a phone call from a very senior member of the Warner Team apologising for the oversight. I can confirm for any doubters that Dig! is part of Warner and they are working hard at improving efficiencies. I am extremely happy with how my query was resolved today - thank you.
Don't always believe the reviews...
I ordered Madonna's 'Finally Enough Love' 6 LP set in May when it was first publicised - Dig! store was the only place I could actually find it, so I pre-ordered it. Only after did I look at the reviews and my heart sank, and I got ready for disappointment. I emailed on the release date (19 August) and got a response the same day saying there were delays - more disappointment - but guess what turned up today (25 August)? Yep - dam right! Thank you Dig! Store! Don't always believe what you read.

How does that work these days !!! They take your money instantly ,and expect you to wait 28 days for your Refund

I will not ever order againg from this robbing company
Damaged brand new item
Record arrived with a large gash across the front of the sleeve underneath the shrink wrap, clearly showing that it had been bashed against something. The packaging it was shipped in was immaculate and very sturdy so it can’t have possibly been the delivery’s fault. Disappointed.

After reading the many bad reviews I was sceptical to order from Dig! However one review left stated they had no issue with their many orders so I took the plunge.
I noticed some Funeral For A Friend records had been reduced to a great price so placed my order.
Unlike previous reviews state, my transaction was very swift and I received frequent updates regarding my order. My records were sent in good time and the packaging used was great, if any damage was to occur to the parcels packaging, I'm sure the records would have still been fine given how sufficient it was.
I strongly recommend Dig! From my experience, their service is brilliant.
I have to say it as it is
I have to say it as it is, never had an issue with any order I’ve placed albeit 1 or 2 albums having slight dent in the corner but otherwise perfect, I’m writing this today because they must have had a stock take and a signed print was miraculously back in stock so I ordered it immediately and the item that came was not the item I’d ordered so obviously an inventory error, I sent a message through the site along with a picture of what I’d received, received a response within an hour plus a full refund to my card the next day without even being required to return the incorrect item that arrived, customer service is phenomenal so I can only guess they have improved their customer services enormously.
Another dissatisfied customer
Another dissatisfied customer! Order placed for "in stock" items on 2nd Jan. No items after 1 week. Contacted them by email and fobbed off with "they're just about to be sent". Two weeks later, nothing. Just contacted them again. If nothing arrives in a week (i.e. 1 month after order being placed) then PayPal claims here I come. Dreadful! I wish I'd read the reviews here first.
Diabolical
So Dig! is still living up to its "worst vinyl retailer" award.
Ordered 2 records on 30th December, which were (allegedly) in stock on that date. Still showing as "packing" on January 17th. So I sent them an emai asking what was happening with my order. It was promptly cancelled and refunded, with no explanation.
Diabolical.
Absolutely Dire
Absolutely Dire. They couldnt care less about the music fans. I ordered a Robert Plant CD on the 15th November as a xmas present. You would think that was plenty of time. They quickly responded that it had been despatched. That is where their service ended. I chased in early December as it hadnt been received. They responded several days later that it had been returned by the carrier. They would either resend or refund. I responded that I wanted the delivery before xmas as it was a present. I have chased 3 times. NOTHING since. Now 2 days before xmas and it appears that my wife wont get the CD she wants. The carrier they use is clearly cheap useless rubbish as we are not that hard to find. They dont respond to emails. Just appalling. They can spend millions on Bowies back cataglogue but cant get a CD of one of their main stars to a dedicated fan. Wish I had seen the other truspilot reviews before I ordered from them as it seems my experience is common. I wish there was a zero star rating.
Edit 27/12. No CD for my wife for xmas & nothing from Dig Store by email.
EDIT. Finally arrived 7/1/22. NO apology, no refund no acceptance that it was their fault. NOTHING.

What a complete waste of time and my money!! I don't even want to give them 1 star.
I've paid £96 for the new Rod Stewart album. I wanted a green vinyl copy and I ordered a couple of album and cd bundles as gifts.
Well a month after the release date, 12 November I still have not received goods. I've paid and emailed but to no avail.
Terrible company.
I've even linked this page to Rods twitter feed, I know he hasn't got time for this kind of nonsense but hundreds of his fans are disappointed and out of pocket
Avold Like the Plague!!!! Buy from Amazon
You would think ordering directly from the record label you would get priority service. With Dig! the answer is categorically that you don't. Not only was the item I pre-ordered never shipped, they did not even tell me that it was not going to be shipped - until I chased. They then promised a refund as I prepaid - still waiting a month later. To cap it all off I got the item from Amazon £25 cheaper than the label was selling the item directly.
Another shafted Rod fan!
I'm afraid I am another poor soul who is being poorly treated by these charlatans. Pre-ordered Rod's new album vinyl + CD bundle, the vinyl arrived a week after the release date but no CD, despite the order stating that ordered goods would arrive together...sent the contact email and hey ho 7 working days later no response, despite one reminder after 4 working days [they state that they will reply within 3 working days] Artist's management need to know how this company is treating fans.
Stay Well Clear
Lies, lies and more lies. Worst customer service ever. LIke others on here I was told my order was stuck in processing and they would issue a new order. Then an item was out of stock. Finally they told me items shipped with DPD and provided tracking. Items were actually shipped by Royal Mail and dig underpaid the postage by £3.50. Avoid at all costs.
Truly awful company
Truly awful company. I preordered the latest Westlife CD last month as it was the only way to get a pre sale link to book tickets for their tour next year. I received an email a couple of weeks later to say my order had been cancelled as there was a problem with my payment. However the money went out of my PayPal account. Dig haven't responded to any of my emails. I will never deal with them again. Shame they represented Westlife. I wonder if they know about this
Absolute shambles of a company!
I preordered 4 Limited Echo & the Bunnymen albums as soon as they were announced and paid upfront. They were released and i'd received no notification they'd shipped. I waited a week and emailed. It took a further 5 days for them to respond saying 'my order had been stuck in processing and they were going to escalate it'. Again I waited another 2 weeks and no confirmation on shipping so made a Paypal claim for a refund. Once that was cleared like a fool I ordered again... this time they managed to send the records... but sent 4 copies of one album, despite the dispatch note having the correct details on. I then paid to send these back... and have heard nothing back off them despite me chasing. I've now had to put in another Paypal claim, and will probably lose my return postage cost as well. Now the albums have sold out (lucky few who actually got them!!). These were a main gift for my daughter who's missed out and I will never use these again, and i'd strongly recommend buying from elsewhere if at all possible.
UPDATE.
Had to chase 5 times about refund. They've asked for proof of postage twice. Finally confirmed they received them and now i'm trying to get my fees for the reurn postage refunded. They've asked for...
Name of your credit institute
Name of Account Holder
Your International Account Number (IBAN)
Your International Swift Codes (BIC)
Why they can't refund to the ORIGINAL payment method escapes me... again delay tactics. I doubt i'll ever get the money back.
Please don't purchase anything from this company. Spend the money on lottery tickets, you'll probably be much luckier in getting your money back.
UPDATE. Hello,
We hope you are doing well.
We wanted to inform you that we received your refund request. Our team are working hard to get this processed for you as soon as possible; however, we cannot guarantee a resolution before the upcoming holiday.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you and we appreciate your patience while we work on this for you.
We hope you'll have a lovely Holiday Season.
Warm wishes
Warner Music Customer Services UK & Europe
After waiting 4 months, I don't hold out much hope.
UPDATE 12/01.22
My case has been escalated twice. Still no items, or a refund. Whole debacle has been going on since the end of September 2021. Please don't order from this company, however tempting their goods or prices are.
Awful Service
Pre-ordered some Vinyl, release date comes and goes but I wait patiently. Sent an enquiry asking where my order was as my local record store has had them in stock for over a week. Eventually get a reply 4 days later saying my order is 'stuck' and they will re-process. Again nothing, so send another enquiry, which it took them over a week to respond to!! I did eventually receive my order and it was well packed, but I will be avoiding Dig in the future.
Pre-ordered Rod Stewart's new album
Pre-ordered Rod Stewart's new album, still not arrived and it's been out 2 weeks, no response to six contact forms, £37.99 out of pocket, will be taking them to small claims court and contacting Sir Rod's representatives - we pay a LOT of money to watch his very expensive shows, not noticed as well you get a signed photo if ordered now, forget the fans who pre-ordered! We deserve better, will be taking it to the media, too. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
