Mostly everything is fine and perfect
Mostly everything is fine. Fast and clear. I sell a lot and buy a lot. But sometimes things go wrong. For instance, the item I bought was already signed as accepted while it was still waiting for pickup. The item was absolutely not Oke once I picked it up. They blamed me. Whatever I said nobody listened. Very frustrating.

I ve ordered 2 pairs of shoes , only one was correct , the other one in a damaged shoebox closed by an elastic band was of THE WRONG SIZE AND THE WRONG COLOUR . So , now i ve got to go to the post office to return them , waste of time due to an error of veppee

Pricing is the key factor
Pricing is the key factor, but better checking first, it is quite often that it is cheaper elsewhere.
No issue with delivery but it is true it takes extra time than market average.
Product description is sometime limited (for instance, diameter for kitchenware was missing, which is critical).
Never experienced return.

wrong size tag
I ordered Ralph Lauren products but, unfortunately, the models I have received - even though the sizing on the items was as ordered - the actual size was at least 2 sizes up. My normal size is 2-4 US but both the skirt and the trousers were waaay too big for a size 4. They were more like a size 8... so it's too bad because I can't even change them, of course :(

The price is very good but it takes long before your items are deliverd. And if the items dont fit wel it is a nightmare to send it back. I have to drive 15 km to send the items back.

Sizes are not accurate. I ordered Dutch sizes but they are different compared to EU sizes. Which is weird because NL is European.
it’s not acceptable to ask for return fees when the bought product is wrongly described on the website. If the description would have been complete and accurate I wouldn’t have bought the product.

The customer service has improved significantly. I would now rate it 5 stars, as the team responds very quickly and efficiently resolves any issues that may arise. This makes the overall shopping experience much more pleasant and reliable.
However, one area that still needs improvement in order to reach the same level as in 2020 is the shipping costs, which are currently quite high. In the past, loyal customers or those placing multiple orders were offered free shipping above a certain purchase amount. I believe this option should be reconsidered, as it would greatly enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
