Today I received my order. As I was unavailable, I asked my daughter-in-law to collect the package from the P-post box. She noticed that the outer packaging was open, but due to the busyness in her shop, she did not pay further attention to it.
However, when I personally inspected the package this evening and opened the shoe box, I was very disappointed. The shoes were lying loose inside the box without any protection. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the value of the product.
At first glance, the shoes themselves appear to be in good condition, but the way they were delivered raises serious concerns. I therefore assume that TOD’s does not sell returned items via Veepee.
Please find attached some photos showing how I received my delivery. I hope you can investigate what went wrong and provide me with further clarification.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. On four separate occasions, the delivery company failed to deliver the package to the correct address.
Due to these repeated issues, I have decided that I will no longer make purchases on this site, and I will also deactivate the application.
I’m really sorry because I used to consider it a good online shopping site. However, the delivery service they rely on is terrible. For this reason, they have lost a customer.

I love variety of brands and products, many times different from what one can find in shops in Brussels. prices are OK, delivery times can be long-ish, but worth it. I have just received pieces of a lovely porcelain line that cannot be bought in stores any more, so it was well worth some wait.

Veepee delivered just the half of wat I've ordered. I also had to wait months before my order was not successfully delivered. After months they payed back the amount of the non delevery and just a 3 euro check. They have to deliver what you ordered.

- the long waiting times (sometimes weeks between ordering and delivery),

Because we work with temporary sales and limited stock directly from brands, delivery often only starts after the sale has ended. That’s why the lead time can be longer than with shops that hold permanent stock. The same model also impacts shipping costs, especially for bulky items or multi-brand orders.
That said, the fact that this is how our model works does not mean your experience isn’t valid.
If the waiting times and delivery costs feel too high for you, it’s important for us to hear that.
We use this type of feedback to:
- challenge our internal logistics and partners,
- look at how we communicate delivery times and costs more clearly upfront,
- and see where we can make things more reasonable for members.

Veepee has a great offer but shipping...
Veepee has a great offer of products, as you can read in other reviews, usually the order are shipped and send a bit earlier which is good.
The down side of it is the shipping as you can also read in other reviews. In my experience, it was with Mondial Relay, which is usually a great option, but for some reason, due to the unavailability of my chosen locker, my parcel has been deliver at a completely different location not even close by, which do not make sense. Complaints were sent to MR, but without any explanation.

I completely understand your frustration with what happened to your parcel at Mondial Relay.
You carefully choose a locker close to you, and then your parcel ends up at a completely different location, not even nearby, and without a clear explanation from Mondial Relay. That doesn’t make sense from your point of view, and it’s not the level of service we want associated with Veepee either.
Even if the delivery issue comes from the carrier, it’s still our responsibility to make sure you can receive your order in a reasonable and practical way.
If this situation is still not resolved for your parcel, I’d really like to take a closer look at your case.
Could you contact our customer service with your order number and the Mondial Relay tracking number?
I can then check what exactly happened in the tracking and see whether we can help you.
In parallel, we do escalate these types of cases to Mondial Relay so they can review their routing rules and communication, because you’re right: choosing a point and having your parcel diverted far away, without explanation, is not okay.
