Superb customer service and support

Bought a brand new tr11 from them and I'm absolutely over the moon, the bike has been built to the highest standard and more, they talked me through suspension settings, cut the seat post down to fit, and everything was how it should be, perfect, I can't recommend them enough

Fast and easy transaction, as described

Just wanted to thank Dave and team for making purchasing my new Transition bike so smooth and stress free. Firstly, I was between sizes, but Dave patiently explained pros and cons of sizing up or down over the phone (I ended up sizing down). I appreciate that he listened to me and responded respectfully without being patronising. Second, I ordered the bike before going away for 2 weeks, but Dave/Hollie arranged for dispatch to be delayed so that the bike would arrive the day after I returned (and it did!) Finally, on receiving the bike I found everything was already set up (gears perfectly indexed) and was happily surprised by a bonus brake upgade (from Sram Code RSC to TRP DH-R Evos). The wheelset was slightly different than expected (RaceFace Aeffect R30 instead of DT Swiss M1900) but essentially comparable wheels that will be swapped for my carbon hoops. All in all, I am extremely happy with the respectful and friendly service provided (not to mention the bling new bike!)

Reliable vendor, quick turnaround of order, a good source for BBB products. Used a few times previously, and no nasty surprises. But they do use Drop it,Hit it,Lose it, as a courier unfortunately, and that's not good in the East Midlands!

No issues, good communication, well packaged item, great from start to end

The delivery was quick. The item was as described except the company didn't mention that it was heavily discounted because it was close to the end of the manufacturer guaranteed lifetime. The discounted price was therefore proportional to its remaining lifetime but it would have been better to be transparent about this
