Since moving to Fanatics, WWE Euroshop has become dreadful. My daughter has had a t-shirt on order since Nov 2022 and I have had one on order since Feb 2023. They either don't reply to emails or just send a non committal email. It was never like this before Fanatics got involved!

Been waiting on two pre-ordered t shirts from October and December last year. No updates since April. Every time you view the item on the website it’s date has been pushed.
WWE EuroShop =useless
I ordered from the wwe EuroShop over 3 weeks ago, I still have not received any of the 3 shirts I paid £80 for, it’s still saying “processing” with a delivery date estimate that’s long passed, in fact the shirts I ordered are now in a “pre order” state, again no indication when and if they ever become available. Their customer service number doesn’t work, I’ve emailed them several times, no answer. I have asked my bank to chase them and try and get my money back, I’m absolutely fuming, they are crooks, DO NOT order from this company.
Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience. Ordered WHC commemorative & paid for express shipping. After reading the reviews after buying (lol) I was concerned. I ordered 21/06 and was due to be delivered 23/06. However, the 24th arrived and it was still showing ‘processing’. On Monday 26th, I called the customer service line and they were very helpful. They refunded me the express shipping, and informed me they would contact the warehouse as to why it hasn’t been shipped. Later that day, I had an email confirming it had been shipped via Evri next day delivery & today 27/06 it arrived! Box was quite battered but did not affect the condition of the item at all. All things considered a good experience :)
Total scam
Total scam! I’ve been trying for nearly two years to cancel the subscription unfortunately my young son set up and had no idea what email address was used. It doesn’t come out as a direct debit which means it can’t be cancelled from your bank account they take it as a transaction resulting in your bank unable to stop the transaction actions too! They very sneakily have some no refund policy which in this day of age is truly disgusting as they promote to young children and we all know what kids are like at times! I never signed a contract or agreed to a direct debit by signature yet I can’t get my money back. I tried to get in contact previously to stop the money coming out of my account and had no response. After 25 months and a grand total of £249.75 has been paid for nothing. My son couldn’t even log in as he didn’t know the details himself so it’s had no activity and they still don’t mind taking money from your account with nothing in return. They wouldn’t even tell me the email address used to gain access!

Zero stars
I'm so disappointed with this company, they are most definitely the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I ordered 2 T shirts and a hoodie last November as Christmas and birthday presents for my other half. No mention when ordering and handing my money over to them that all the items were in fact unavailable and I would not receive for Christmas (Christmas delivery was promised on their page). Eventually I received the hoodie in February, then one of the shirts in March, still waiting for the other T shirt that from last correspondence they said mid May, now they've ignored all my emails requesting a refund. I see I'm not alone here and many others have had similar experiences.
Great Customer Service
I received some of the best customer service that I have ever had with this team. I am giving 5 stars and my order was wrong, that is saying a lot of the customer service as it really saved my experience and will have me coming back. Here is what made it exceptional:
1. I was quickly talking to humans
2. Although I needed to be transferred, I did not have to re-explain the issue.
3. The follow through and follow up from Matthew was best in the business.

There was an issue w/an order
There was an issue w/an order. Cristin emailed me that the shipping & billing were both the same. She wanted me 2 let me know when I got my item. So, that everything was ok.

Found out someone else had ordered me the items as a gift. Went through the live chat and they were quickly able to cancel my order before being shipped.

Placed my order and paid for next day delivery however the item wasn't dispatched until a week later arriving to late for my grandsons birthday party, i requested a postage refund but got no reply from this company the strange thing is they keep sending me messages asking for a review I keep telling them they are crap so maybe they will read this one and stop I would not recommend shopping with this company.

Horrendous company
Horrendous company, been waiting fornt shirts since November, spent several hours waiting for the calls to be answered, 9 emails sent AND STILL NOTHING!!!, Lied to me as well stating they were going to launch an investigation, but surprise surprise, still nothing, just that the stock hasn't arrived would have given zero stars, do not buy from them, going to report to trading standards

nothing to class this as other than theft
Placed orders in September for Xmas and despite a significant number of emails and telephone calls, for which wait times are in excess of an hour, have had no responses despite confirming twice via random email that the items have returned to stock and would be with us soon, but they never arrive!! You just cannot contact them - they take the money and say stock is available and then after payment has been made they email to say the items are out of stock. Got to report them to Trading Standards now only way to progress this. Appears from the reviews that there are so many others in the same boat as myself!!
