Would give it 0 stars if possible! Pre ordered way back in October and the email says 'progressing' emailed customer services to literally be told I will get an email when it's been shipped! Why give people the option to preorder stuff if your not going to send it out when it comes on general sale!

Would give zero stars if possible. As previous people pre ordered an item a month in advance of release to be told they have no stock in. This was a birthday present what a joke. Think head to AEW shop instead

AVOID - Fanatic takeover has destroyed Euroshop! FRAUDULENT

Ordered a Rey Mysterio Anniversary mask and Clash scarf from the event in September. Its now the 2nd of November and after multiple chats to customer service assuring me my items will be coming and change after change on the expected dispatch date they cancelled my orders. Loyal fan and purchaser of euroshop for 30 years never using this service. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Since Fanatics have taken over the service has gone to s... Cristin was very awesome on helping me out and shown concern for sure. She definitely check back on emails and reply back to them asap as well. I definitely appreciate that. I will buy from wwe.com again. She was very happy for me to get my stuff for sure which is great.

You think you're getting a deal but your not

They say never meet your heroes...gutting because everytime I order something goes wrong. 9 times out of 10 you will have your order confirmed, money taken including the £5 delivery only to receive an email a week or 2 later saying most of the stuff you bought, you're not getting 🤔. This happens alot, very annoying when you land a deal,fork out for delivery and don't get properly refunded when they can't supply the goods.
Beware to order....

I used to like ordering from the old…

I used to like ordering from the old shop since i'm a fan of female wrestling and never had any problems, often baught items on special. The new site simply deleted my old account with all my points, history and credit card information... I tried to recreate an account with the same email and it says it exists already... Although i have been with support and they said it doesn't exist anymore and i can not access it. The migration of the accounts and points and data to the new site is a mess and not appreciated! Also the new prices are much higher now. I will probably shop at the new site much less.

New site awful

Ordered a t shirt in the clearence sale. Charged for item. Only to be told was "sold out" even after purchasing. Then only to find out that they had restocked the item and put it back up to full price.
Also the brand new takeover and layout of the website is just pure awful. Had to re register and lose all previous points saved etc. Will not be buying anything from this shoddy site.

Wwe euroshop

Ordered items in the sale. 2 of the 4 items arrive with the other 2 being cancelled due to a "stock discrepancy" - I then find one of the t-shirts a day later on the website with full stock levels but being sold at full price. (£25) Seemed like a very shady practice to do this. I buy many items for my kids from wwe euroshop throughout the year but this dishonesty has just lost them a customer. My advice would be to anyone ordering item when on sale is to take the order with a pinch of salt. Some items you might get and some you might not. Crazy to think they would act like this though when the company makes billions per year and surely has one of the most loyal fan bases going. Possibly advantage being taken of that.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ORDER "DISAPPOINTMENT"
3 different orders have sent and arrived with missing items only to be told they have no stock. This is ongoing issue, has been at least a year that I'm aware of.
This last order had 12 items, they sent 3??!!
Great shame but unfortunately, really unfortunate, my advice is don't buy from them. Shame to say but they take your money including £5 delivery and you don't get your goods. Im really sorry but it's verging on almost fake.
Such a shame.

Fraud

Bought 2 t-shirts on sale, I was so happy because I loved the design and they were such a bargain! 10 days later they send me a refund without an explanation. I'll never see my beautiful t-shirts and they didn't even bother to apologise. As a very invested WWE fan with multiple crushes on their wrestlers I would have loved to buy more, but I'm very disapponited about this. I'll never try buying from them again, so unprofessional.

Rubbish. Had to chase order and refunded as no stock

Very poor service, not what I expected from WWE. I wonder if Vince knows what’s going down, someone needs to be Fired! I placed an order for a birthday present, nothing was received so I contacted them to ask where the order was only to be told that there had been a stock level error and they didn’t have the item so I would be refunded. Very poor as now I have little to no time to source a replacement gift. If I had not have enquired they probably would have never contacted me. Will never bother ordering from them again.

Ordered in the sale, enquired where my items were a week later. they cancelled my entire order

as per the title. I order a bunch of stuff in the sale and received an order confirmation. a week later it was still showing as not having been sent out so i enquired what was happening. i'm then told there's been an error and that they're cancelling my entire order, however i can reorder the items and they'll honour the original prices which would be decent of them if any of the items were still in stock. useless.

Customer Service is amazing

Customer Service is amazing. I ordered two things. It was shipped and I rcvd my order very fast. There was an issue with one of the items and within 5 minutes of me emailing customer service, they resolved the issue. I will def do business with WWE shop again. I wouldn't have even contacted them if the item was for me but I am giving it as a gift. thanks so much!!!!

Terrible customer service and shady practices

These people are garbage at customer service. You better hope your address gets put in correctly, just paid $35 for someone to receive free WWE merch at their doorstep as I was told they could neither change the address on the order I had placed literally 15 minutes before I emailed them, and they also said they cannot cancel an order which is absolute BS. I work in customer service and have worked in order fulfillment, I guess it’s just easier to send an automated no response than to care about your customers. Will never buy from WWE again and am done watching their events.

Horrible Customer Service Experience

Ordered 2 tees from WWE Shop during a 50% off shirt sale. The only time it's worthwhile since the shipping to Canada is expensive due to duties and customs.

I got my order on the doorstep yesterday, only to find that 1 of the 2 tees had shipped. I contacted WWE Shop Customer Service and they told me that they see both shirts have shipped.

They refunded me the cost of the missing shirt, but I had asked for them to resend the shirt I was missing. The response was they don't reship international orders.

I asked if there was a way to recoup some of the shipping charges since only 1 shirt was sent to me. Response was a no.

Asked if there were any promotional codes towards a future orders since this was not my error. Response was also no.

I feel that all of their emails were prewritten stock answers. The CSR did not take the time to read my emails and address my issues or concerns. Not the kind of service I expected. Some empathy would have been appreciated.

I have ordered from WWE Shop many times but this customer service experience has really soured me on ordering from them again.

Very slow shipping

Very slow shipping. They use Mail Innovations and it my package sat at my local post office for 4 days (took 3 days to get there). I had faster shipping from China.
