It was a package to Israel that unfortunately took longer than the standard transit time to be transported by DHL. However, it was a standard shipment - not express.
The package is in your city according to the tracking, but we don't have a more detailed info.
The calendar you just received is a free package insert that we currently include as a gift with all shipments. However, due to an error, the calendar was sent to you in a separate package, which has now arrived slightly earlier than the actual product you ordered.
We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and the incorrect assignment of the shipment number.
The product you ordered should arrive very promptly via the same route as the calendar. We are and will remain in contact with you until everything has been delivered to your satisfaction.
