M3 Mats
(Product 5 stars) Ordered M3 Mats for the entire vehicle. Quality of the product is good, product packaging was fine.
(Delivery 4 stars) The delivery took a little bit longer to deliver than stated on the website.
Suggestion for @Shop4Tesla - I think a short email to state something will take longer to deliver than expected (even if its <7 days) can go a long way to improve customer satisfaction.

The service for ordering and delivery…
The service for ordering and delivery was great, but the product has a serious problem! The front floor mats are so slippery with normal shoes that we have had to remove the drivers mat!
Haver you had this complaint from other customers? Please advise what we can do?

Hello and thanks for your review. We are very sorry for any inconvenience the mats have caused. No, we haven't had that issue with any other customer. The mats are also used in 2 of our own cars and we never found them too slippery. They are different to the normal carpet but having the car protected from wet shoes and also easier cleaning in the car make their use very helpful to us. We can just point out that this is the only complaint about the mats after hundreds sold through our website.
